I have been going to Sunbeam for a couple of years now and have nothing but good to say about them! They are always here when I need them. Quick to return calls and answer questions. They have literally been a huge factor in saving my life over the last 2 years.
Great organization. They provide lots of great services for OKC's most vulnerable populations.

Wonderful, caring place. The staff is exceptional and very professional. If you see a negative review on here, I challenge you to click on the reviewer s name and read the other reviews he has posted. Then you will understand we are definitely not alone.
The organizational skills in this office are beyond terrible. I told them i needed my son to be seen before a certain date and they said that would be no problem (but apparently it was because they couldn t find any availability until 2 weeks after that date) and that it would be $65 a session which is expensive but necessary so I went with it. I made the appointment once I got there they told me that i did not have an appointment scheduled with them that day. I was extremely frustrated but decided to reschedule for the next week. Now upon my second trip up to the facility i was told it would be a student with no certifications, no degree, and that it would be $100 a session which is very hard to pay $400 a month as a single parent. But they know I m pretty desperate at this point so we went for a few months and the service was ok, the student was nice but had zero experience and she ended up leaving because she was a student and got her clinicals done. We decided to stop going because we didn t want to start over with a new counselor(especially at a place with this many issues in the office) so now 2 months after leaving, I m being told it s $130 a session and i owe them from back sessions. I m beyond disappointed with this place. I will tell everyone I know not to go here.
UPDATE: One of the directors has reached out to me to apologize about the experience we had and wanted to make improvements in the areas that they were lacking. She listened to the issues i had and explained they had some turn over in the office during that time. She was willing to waive the additional fees and committed herself to fix the issues.
Sunbeam Senior shelter is a the best! The Case Manager Ms. Kim is very proffesional, she makes sure that the residents get the services they need by empowering and modeling how to advocate for themselves. The entire team makes sure that residents feel comfortable, by making sure that they eat, take their daily meds on time and all their daily needs are met.
This team of people goes above and beyond for their residents!

Basic ethics violations, abusive management, BEWARE of this place, if you want a real therapist RUN AWAY FAST cause you won't get one here.
I have seen two therapists here and both were very kind, helpful, and my time wasn't wasted (or my money). The entire staff is friendly too each time I go in.
