This is the worst customer service I have ever dea...

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Please avoid this brand at all costs as the products are almost as unreliable as their customer service is.

After 3 months of trying to go back and forth about getting a replacement for my heated blanket, I was told twice that a blanket was on the way.
After not receiving anything for about a month, I contacted them again to inquire about the status and if there was a tracking number.

After waiting about a week for a response I was told that there was no stock. I was then told to continue to call back to customer service to inquire about the stock.

After trying to contact the call center numerous times, I miraculously got through to a representative which started the process and case number over. I had to reiterate my situation and resend the pictures through an attachment email. I was assured that the same representative would call me back at an arranged time to follow up (as I had been at work). That time rolled around with no follow up or call back.

I proceeded to call the center again to eventually find out that I would have to send back my defective product before being sent a replacement that probably wouldn't arrive due to no stock.

After inquiring about a waitlist, I was told again I would have to continue to call and ask about their stock before receiving a replacement. I was offered excuses and no solution after all the time spent on trying to figure out what was going on.

Overall dealing with this company was time consuming, ineffective, and down right ridiculous.

I would give this 0 stars if I could.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a coffee maker manufactured by Sunbeam a few months ago. It worked great until I tried to make coffee this fine sunday morning and the on/off switch lit on fire and electrocuted me.

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE ! Bought a shoulder neck and shoulder heating pad. 5 year warranty. Used a couple of times and it died. NIGHTMARE calling Sunbeam. Half an hour on hold. Transferred to 4 different people and then put back to main menu. Finally got a person and it took 1 hour to process and was then told the system was down and to call back in 24 hours. Order number given. Called back and again long wait. Transferred to 4 different people again and then back to main menu again. No one could find the case number. Finally the 5th person had to talk to two managers ???? and nothing could be found. Had to do the WHOLE process over again. One hour later and item processed. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on the part of all the people processing this simple replacement. This was to the Sunbeam support line in the USA ?????? Why ???? Yet the item is said to come out of the Brampton Ontario ! warehouse !!!!!!!

Worst customer services. Not writing here full review as already wasted so much time for an under cabinet light issue which is still unresolved, not worth it. Wonder they ever test or assembled their own product once manufactured.

I contacted sunbeam for support on my bread mixer which was malfunctioning with little to no hope that I was going to get help giving the reviews online. However, Anna, a customer rep, replied and assisted me! She even replaced my 5-year-old mixer, which was out of warranty.
Perhaps the customer service of this company has changed so do not hesitate to contact them. Find attached my beautiful replacement

Yes....worse customer service ever. My blanket has a 5 year warranty, yet it's useless since I cannot contact anyone. I tried the online form and it won't submit. I tried phoning (in Canada) I got a recording in French and the other phone number is out of service. Wow! That's unbelievable. My next step will be to contact the better business bureau.

We purchased a Sunbeam electric blanket from Walmart last year, and it is now shorting out. We contacted the warranty number and were provided with their representative in the Philippines, who found a replacement, and promised, to sent a it within a month. A month elapsed and we contacted them to determine the receipt date, only to be told it was not now available. Their warranty is obviously not credible or their representatives, and on should consider other sellers.
