This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Please avoid this brand at all costs as the products are almost as unreliable as their customer service is.
After 3 months of trying to go back and forth about getting a replacement for my heated blanket, I was told twice that a blanket was on the way.
After not receiving anything for about a month, I contacted them again to inquire about the status and if there was a tracking number.
After waiting about a week for a response I was told that there was no stock. I was then told to continue to call back to customer service to inquire about the stock.
After trying to contact the call center numerous times, I miraculously got through to a representative which started the process and case number over. I had to reiterate my situation and resend the pictures through an attachment email. I was assured that the same representative would call me back at an arranged time to follow up (as I had been at work). That time rolled around with no follow up or call back.
I proceeded to call the center again to eventually find out that I would have to send back my defective product before being sent a replacement that probably wouldn't arrive due to no stock.
After inquiring about a waitlist, I was told again I would have to continue to call and ask about their stock before receiving a replacement. I was offered excuses and no solution after all the time spent on trying to figure out what was going on.
Overall dealing with this company was time consuming, ineffective, and down right ridiculous.
I would give this 0 stars if I could.
