Wonderfully charming. Not sure but they used to have a "crying room" where you could take your crying baby and still watch the movie. I miss Mr. Montgomery.

Great place -- friendly people, and the prices (especially for the popcorn and other refreshments) are absolutely great, especially when compared to other theaters. The cry room upstairs is GREAT for kids who cannot sit through a movie. They have about six good seats up there, and pipe in the sound. Your child can play, cry, or whatever, and you can still see the movie without disturbing other patrons. Lots of seating. Good parking behind the theater.

Nostalgia! Old fashioned night out at the movies! Fun little downtown! A great way to get out of the house for some entertainment cheaper then a coffee at Starbuck's. Some movies are just meant to be seen in a darkened theater with an audience and I really hope this tradition never dies.

Love going here! It's cheaper then the ones in Lansing. You don't go broke when you talk your family out. We try to go at least one night a week. Family time :-)

This is a great traditional style theater where taking your family to the movies won't break the bank!

Old fashioned theater. Reasonable prices. Current movies. Family atmosphere. Only take cash, so know that!

The Sun is a wonderful place to see a movie, especially since they've gone digital, as the sound is crystal clear and there's no worries about scratched film. Concessions are very reasonable and the seats are fairly comfy. One warning: there's no stadium seating, so don't sit behind a tall person.

Cozy and quaint, who can beat $4 tickets and $.50 popcorn?
