They re very good about COVID-19 regulations and cleaning, soles of shoes are cleaned before entering, temps taken, and not more ppl than regulations allow in the office! Staff is friendly and kind!
I ask my 12 year old how her appointment went. She said, "mom, I like all the rubber band colors they have, and you tell me it might hurt but it never does." The team has always been so gentle with my daughter which is pleasant to know. She always looks forward to her appointments and her teeth are looking so aligned.

I just finished my treatment (braces) and I have to say I'm going to miss going to Sun Orthodontics! Doctor Duong and her team are all sweet, friendly and professional! They work around my schedule and are always patient. I love going to their office and having conversation with all of them. They treat me like family instead of just a client. They remember small things about me and always ask how things are going on. I love that they build a personal yet professional relationship with their patients. I got pregnant towards the end of my treatment and they took great care of me which means a lot! Doctor Duong also gave me a certificate of completion and apple cider as a graduation gift for finishing the treatment. It's a nice touch and a sweet way to celebrate a succesful journey with them! I am beyond satisfied with the end results! I highly recommend this practice!
It is clear from my experience with Melanie Duong, DMD, MS that she really wants her patients to be successful - whether they end up working with her or not. I came in for a consultation and gave me excellent advice and provided me with a tip that saved me thousands of dollars. I can't recommend her enough. She's awesome!

Everyone from the front desk to the techs and Dr. Duong were all so friendly warm and explained everything so well. They were very considerate and spoke directly to my daughter to ease her mind and explained everything perfectly to her. So happy they will be taking care of my daughter.
