I ended up there stranded late at night due to my car breaking down. They were extremely kind and helpful. And the rooms were very clean the hotel in general was very well kept and clean with excellent service. I ended up there by accident, but should I ever end up in that town on purpose, that will be the place I stay.
If you don't have a cabin or rental in town, this place is a good choice for lodging. The other couple.of motels in town are pretty shady, so definitely check the Sun Country out.

The room was basic but clean and it was a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful and the price was great. Refrigerator and coffee machine in room. Safe area. Will definitely be back.
Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted with good laughter and character!
Check-in was quick and easy full of information as to where to go grab good food and the like.
The rooms were priced reasonably, and our room was fresh-smelling and clean!

I didn't think they would be as busy but they held their own with high standards.
The room was pretty musty so we had to get our own air freshener. The tub/shower also wouldn't drain very well so you ended up standing in water. Besides that the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well so our group had a pretty good time all in all...it's just an older, no frills hotel
Clean room and the service was great. Had really good hot chocolate and coffee for their guest.
