I got left in the waiting room with my foot bleeding from being ran over. I left and went to Hendersonville Hospital and hot treated immediately.

All staff that took care of me were very good. I had several test. They explained everything to me about the results of the test. I did ask other questions. Their responses were explained in a way I could understand. It was a very busy night because of several people being there. People were being brought in from the ambulance. Several people in the waiting room. I felt that they handled everything professionally while showing how much they cared for the patients. I would definitely go to this ER again.

Visited Emergency Room and was in and out in less than an hour! Plus, you couldn t ask for a better staff. They were friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this facility!

Well my blood pressure was 248 over 138 Doctor asked when he came in the room if I was practicing my story? I said what is that supposed to mean? He said are you practicing your story! Made me mad like I was a druggy! I'm not and never have been! I work for a living and I'm a Christian! Yes I got mad! But who wouldn't? The nurse threw a urine cup and a mask into my lap! So I said I wasn't putting it on. Then tn she told me to GET OUT! Blood pressure still stroke level! A Gallatin police officer took me to a phone luckily I had a friend in the parking lot waiting. I will never go back to this hospital I could have had a stroke! I will be talking to a lawyer! Single star is to good for them!

This was the absolute worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. They treated me awful as a patient there. I was treated more like an inmate in jail at this pitiful hospital then an actual patient everyone of those nurses and doctors on staff should be ashamed of themselves and how they took care of me. Absolutely rude and mean the whole time didn t make me feel comfortable being there one bit. The mail doctor on staff that night (Sept 19th 3:00am) disrespected me like I was some piece of trash. When my dad walked in to get me out of there the front office lady tells the nurses the boys fathers here as if I don t have a name as a patient in the hospital. Like I said they treated me like an inmate instead of a patient. None of those nurses or doctors on that shift that night ever deserve to work in the medical field taking care of patients ever again.

My Doctor referred me there to get an Antibiotic Fusion for my Covid. They were so organized and efficient that I felt safe in their
hands. Everyone was caring and attentive even though very busy! Recommend Highly!

Worst experience I ve ever at hospital. I was left in a room for hours without anyone checking on me. The nurse station played loud music, and wouldn t give me water as I was there for dehydration. I was experiencing dizziness & still forced to leave without any assistance to my ride. I now have a huge bruise on my harm which has never happened to me. Hopefully it s not a blood clot underneath because it s a lump under the bruising. From the time I was brought in I knew black people were not welcomed. Stay clear from this hospital.

Went to Sumner Regional for an Infusion for the COVID.
Nurses and doctor were very professional and polite. So glad we went there, Infusion is a miracle drug, only had COVID symptoms for 3 days, I am 60 with underlying medical conditions.
Thanks for the excellent service.
St Thomas West could not / would not give Infusion the same day.
If you live anywhere near Sumner Regional, go there for quality treatment!

There is no hospital visit that is fun but I will say I was impressed with my care at Sumner Regional Medical Center. The staff was all friendly and attentive, the facility was very clean and organized, I was taken back quickly and given a room. I hope I don t have to go back for obvious reasons but if needed I will choose this hospital.

Dr. Frank is amazing! They take the time to really help with whatever it is your dealing with. State of the art up on their medical practices.
