Wow I wish I had more money to spend here, great experience.

I ordered Eibach swaybar kit for my 2003 Yukon Denali from summit racing and was Told on back order I waited weeks contacted Eibach and was told it s out of production going back in production in a few weeks I waited call Eibach again was told they had two and that I was getting one of them never shipped called Eibach again after waiting over 3 months and was told were not going to make these anymore Discontinued called summit they didn t know anything about it being discontinued they contacted Eibach and then me and said yep they are discontinued so your not going to get them so I had to pick another brand Beltech $14.00 dollars higher and can you believe they actually charged me the extra money after I waited all those weeks being told it s going to ship in a few more weeks it s not are fault it s the manufacture LMAO

Way over priced. You have to wait in line to order your part, then you have to go wait in line to pay for your part, then you have to wait for your part to be pulled in another line. Not a fan. And I paid $77 for a part that couldn't have costed more than $10 to manufacture because they are the only local place that has it in stock. Half the staff I interacted with was rude. I wanted to see the part before I paid for and the part guy made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I hope I never have to go back.

They ordered the wrong parts. Did not receive package after paying extra for next day shipping. Long lines and the staff knows nothing about parts. Won't shop here again.

This is car Valhalla right here. Walking around inside is enjoyable because of all the parts and cars on display. I did purchase a few items here and the process was a bit slow. You order your parts from one counter, pay for them at another, and pick them up at a final counter. Ordering and paying went smoothly, but the pickup was slow and appeared confusing. Also, every employee I interacted with was great.

Anything you need to soup up your car or even your outfits or your man/lady cave.

Summit is the best speed shop in the country. People are always a help.

Cashiers are always helpful and friendly, never a single issue. Such a cool place to go, and I buy ALL my car parts here!

Ordered online, picked up at Tallmadge, OH. location. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Short wait on parts considering the number of customers. It's called good customer service! very rare these days.

They got the parts you need. If they need to order it you normally have to wait two weeks or more. Their service has gone down the drain and they don't seem to have very knowledgeable people anymore.

Sales people will " sell" you that it's sunny when raining on a car show!!! Not cool when youve driven two hours to find out its a LIE

Was told the Gaskets were shipped 3 different times and none have left the facility yet but were issued a tracking number. Also ordered a transmission cooler and already received it from the same facility. The transmission cooler from the same order was twisted all to hell but neither representative could help. I'm afraid to send it back because I may never see it again. This was a deal breaker for me. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Summit but never again will that happen.

You can not call on the phone call for 1hour and everybody kept hanging up

I have been to O'Reilly's AutoZone and Advance Auto all over... I thought Summit Racing would have prices that were through the roof... I was wrong everything I have bought from them was on the average of half off of everybody else is price... Great quality to

i drove an hour to get there on new years day because you said you were open.. thanks alot for telling us on the website you were closed. in fact your website says you are open... never again... you need to firre your web manager.

It's really annoying when you call in to a store, give them a part number, they say they have it, then you drive 40 minutes to pick it up to be told they don't have it in stock. But can ship to you in 5-7 days. How about you do your job right?! Never going here again.

Came here for Camaro Car Club event. They have tons of car stuff.

Spotless interior, there cleanliness is really a step up above the rest. Incredible selection of automotive and racing merchandise, section dedicated to kids if you bring your children, and beautiful display cars to look at. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend stopping in if you get the chance.

Not sure why but no one here smiles and all have the demeanor of a wet mop. They truly look and act miserable. Seems to me it's been like this for years

Honestly has gone down hill it seems like, a lot of the reviews in seeing seem to be from non local people who just stop in and think its neat to see, which no doubt it is, but as a local it appears to have gone down hill as far as inventory for some odd reason? I go in now a days and they don't have what I'm looking for and its nothing insecure I'm looking for. A little over a week ago I ordered a heater core for a honda civic. (Not too obsecure right?) Well, I have yet to see it after it said it would be in the store within 2 days. I called them and they said that they hadnt received it and would just have the manufacturer send it to me. So now I'm being asked to wait another week. 2 weeks for a heater core that I could have gotten anywhere else? Kind of sucks to me. Just my personal opinion.

Great prices on items! Were out of stock on one item I needed, but had a better quality item available for slightly more $$. Cashier's always seem to have attitude. Need some serious customer service training. People placing the orders are usually okay. Kind of hit or miss, but for the most part are pretty well informed. Order this time got filled by the warehouse super fast! Literally heard my name called as I finished up with the cashier. The warehouse people here are on top of their game!

Always great service, fast shipping, and very knowledgeable employees. I have ordered many time and had them ship it to me. 1 to 2 days and I got it. About 4 hours to here from my house and we even drive out to get things. From my pickup to my side by side, they got it all! Will do much more business here! Great work Summit!

I think I expected more, no pricing on the display stuff.

I was assured the part I was getting was correct, nope. Now I have to drive an hour back to get the right one.

Excellent customer service. Returned my calipers 3x.. then found out it wasnt my fault. They were defects from manufacturer!!!
