Good hotel just beside people's park. Service is good but they will charge 25usd per hour for late check out.

Not very good for meeting room but good for accommodation in term of the location.

Wonderful atmosphere! Ideal for short stays among tourists visiting Yangon for business purposes. A very friendly and supportive staff. Excellent spread of food (Western and Burmese cuisine) available for breakfast buffet. A la carte menu for dining is also available and consists of Chinese, Burmese and Western cuisines. Some rooms have the breathtaking view of the Shwedagon. Rooms are clean and service is quick and of high standard. Overall, a hotel that provides it's guests a commendable service.

They have rooms with great view, have great room services and friendly staff. The breakfast menus are good, freshly made indian style breakfast is available too. Just one thing that it will be nice if they serve more different kinds of seasonal fruits and vegetables. It is near to most of the shopping centres (Taw Win centre, Gamone Pwint, Myaynigone citymart, Dagon centre) which are only one bus stop away. It is near to Hel Pin bus stop, from which you can directlt go to Junction city+Bogyoke Ag San Market and Myanmar plaza with Airport-Sule YBS. Most importantly it located just infront of the People's park and it's near to the historic treasure of Myanmar, Shwe Dagon Pagoda, only 5-10 mins of walk away. So many good resturants around it too. You can even ride the Airport-Sule (Pyay road) YBS from the airport to Hel Pin bus stop which cost only 500 kyats. So in conclusion, I enjoyed staying here.

As the largest city in Myanmar, the largest economic center, the hotel equipment or decoration is much better than other places.

Wi-Fi is also good for meals and meals.
But the room is small and the bed is a little small.

This is one of the greatest hotel in Myanmar. They have the a lot of ballrooms and you can hire it for your company events and training. And their buffet is the best.

It was awesome experience . Rooms are absolutely fine, food was good in taste with prompt service, room service was at par with a top rated star Hotel of any metro city, ambiance was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick , Mr. Nazir and front office staff for prompt hand over of the room key and on time wake up calls. Special thanks deserve for Ms Victoria the day gym trainer, Mr Aung Aung Latt ( male gym trainer) and Ms Thuza Aye , evening Sr Gym trainer at Yangon Gym, SPV Hotel, Yangon....They are really good in maintaining all the gym equipment up to date and ready to use without any friction. Only they need to add Complimentary SPA & steam bath for residential guest only. It will suffices the basic need at Myanmar hotels

Good hotel, excellent location and the service is well above what you would expect from a hotel at this level.

This place exceeded our expectations. True king-size bed and way more comfortable than almost all beds in Europe and other locations in Asia. Astounding breakfast. And classy, attentive staff. Amazing value.

The service and everything was pretty nice. Hotel is clean and rooms are pretty big. I got a park view room. Friendly hotel stuff and great service. Also very good food in the restaurant.

Close to the Shedagon Pagoda, there are many good shops nearby. And reasonable.

Rooms are quite dated and are in need of a makeover. Otherwise it is a good value for money 3 star hotel. Convenient location for visiting the Shwedagon Pagoda. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast spread.

Excellent hotel in the center of Yangon. Breakfast of a good choice, money exchange 24 hours, spa, travel agency where you can book any tour in/around thr city. And very good location - across the road of the park, with nice view to Shwedagon Pagoda from the window! A few restaurants nearby. The only disappointment was no swimming pool because of reconstruction.

Not for accommodation, but for having International Buffet as dinner there. Very reasonable price for different (international) cuisine in one place. Good to go for family dinner.

First FDI hotel after 1988 moment. The service and price are reasonable. Thw location is amazing. But alittle far from public transport.

Very organised and nice hotel. Good ambiance and friendly staff. It was my first time in Yangon and they arranged pick up and drop from/ to the airport. Breakfast and overall food quality was excellent. Rooms were neat and tidy. View of Shwedagon Pagoda from the window of my room was a bonus. Complimentary WiFi speed was fast enough to get my assignments done on time. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Yangon on a business trip.

Amenities is a little out of date, the buffet breakfast at Parkview Cafe is surprisingly good.

Great location, decent breakfast, pretty good rooms.. No pool at the moment.. Under renovation until the end of 2020..

Best among the midrange hotels, very conveniently located, close to people's park and the famous shwedagon pagoda.I booked a room at this hotel after reviewing its location through their website.The hospitality of the staff was good and welcoming.The room is big, neat and well maintained, there is complimentary drinking water, dental kit,shaving kit, provided in the room.The morning breakfast menu included several food items to select from noodles to cut fruits.On request, i was provided with packed breakfast for my very early morning check out.I would strongly recommend this hotel for those looking in the midrange hotels in yangon

Nice staff, clean rooms, room safe, large shower in rooms without bath, good and fast Wify. Happy Hour contains only a few alcoholic drinks.

Magnificent. Facing the large pagoda. In the morning, the birds of the garden transport you to the jungle. Their songs, the softness of the sheets, the shining pagoda under the Levant and you no longer know what century you are in.
