The reps no longer come to our business. We now only can place orders every two weeks. They don't rotate, although that's hardly an issue when orders are so hard to get. I feel like we have no options but to order from them as we don't sell a huge amount of Miller product.

Dock door is very close to the a wall, tight spot to back into. Shipping/receiving guy seemed like he didn't want to be disturbed.

Customer service is non existent! Management is poor and it shows through their salesmanship

Poor service, Can't get Summit Rep to deliver us enough beer to last to the next delivery. No response to complaints. H.W. Herrell the A.B distributor is 100 times better than Summit at taking care of us. Wish Summit employees cared about doing a good job. I have not seen it if they do.

Did you guys forget the whole county of Jefferson in Missouri??? Finding ANY Miller product here is like looking for a diamond!!! Congrats on the merger!

This place is not tight, there's at least 8-10' between docks!

Have been trying to set up an account with summit for a month now! Send all the licenses a month ago, no one even bothered to contact us. One the sales reps (Ashley Johnson) came over and her business card in case we want to have an account with them. I called her next day, and told her that we already sent our paper work like two weeks ago. She was confused and that the other rep made a note that we are not gonna order anything from them.... we never said that because we were never contacted by anyone! Ashley took my initial order and said that either her or another rep will contact me in a few days. It s been TWO weeks since then! Neither customer service nor Ashley are picking up their phones! No calls back! Where are all the executive people? Does anyone cares to have customers at this place?

There's not really room to park your truck. If you see more than 4 trucks park on the left side of the parking lot. Good luck finding some were to park, lot is real small not enough room to do a u turn. Backing is ok you just got enough room to back into the dock. Unloading was fast I think it took me 15-20 minutes to unload me.

Came for a 0630 apt tried checking in the guy isnt there then he was there after sitting around and wasting my time for 30 minutes instead of unloading hes walking around slower then a turtle talking on his cell phone, preety disrespectful people that I encountered

Waited 4 hours to be unloaded while people that came long after us left in a hour.

All the reviews are correct.No overnight parking,tight parking lot,slow unfriendly employees.When you pull in stay to the left and try and find a parking space at the far end.About 4 hrs to get unloaded.

Why has your company changed our delivery day from Thursday to Friday and EVERY Friday we can t get our delivery? What is the problem? We have called time and time and no one can give us a time of when the delivery will arrive. And we can t even get a rep, we had 3 now. This is sadly unexpectable MILLERCOORS should be ashamed of Summits customer service.

I hope the Miller Brewing execs take notice of this review.
Summit is killing your following by not having in stock enough beer
to supply the demand. We encourage the customer to choose an AB product when we are out due to being shorted. They are the least reliable, lowest service beer distributor in St. Louis, Mo.
This has been going on ever since they bought out Bluff City.

If you're looking for a reliable Miller/Coors distributor in Missouri, then Summit Distributing is not for you. One would think a company would want to deliver product on time, particularly during a holiday weekend. However, if you're looking for a distributor that is unreliable & unprofessional, then Summit Distributing is a perfect choice!

Avoid, tide place, rude people, long time of unloading. You want to check in, you are invisible, everyone ignoring you. Typical place where drivers are intruders

Most unprofessional company that I have dealt with. They don t deliver their products on time or at all! They do not return phone calls. When you do get an order it is never correct. It looks like AB will be getting all of our facings from now on because they are no longer welcome in our stores. Your company had loss me sales and you don t care. Hopefully you are out of business soon and someone who cares about customer relations buys you out!

They don't bother u there quicker load and unload. They just good hard working people.

My first time there and I wasn't sure where check in was. No directions telling drivers where to check in. But once checked in, no wait, and I showed up late. May have been there almost an hour tops.

This place will take forever to unload you Minimum 6 to 8 hour

People are nice and quick but the space to back in is absolutely horrible. Drivers you have been warned.
