Stayed there for a day. Not another commercial hotel managed as a pure business. Rather, lovely and helpful hosts who believe in running this facility with utmost care and affection. Value for money. Very close to all the tourist attractions in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice hotel. Very convenient to reach the historical and tourist attractions on the European side. Everything is under your feet. We would like to thank Aziz Bey for his warm smile and good service. It was a pleasure to go for breakfast in the morning. :) The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel also appeal to the families.

The manager is very friendly, kind and helpful. However, another male staff is the opposite. Rude, not helpful, unprofessional and so on :/ the room is very small, thin wall, easily hear the conversation next door. The time when I was there the manager s phone got stolen in the hotel. I also read several reviews guests belong got stolen I personally won t recommend to anyone to stay in this area, seems not safe with crime.
I booked this hotel 12 hours before we had to be there (through booking.com.) The price for 8 nights/7 days was extremely reasonable. As soon as we booked the manager got in contact with us to confirm everything which was reassuring. I went with my family, so despite having five of us in one room it was still spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was served daily. Free wi-fi. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and generally cared a lot for their guests. Their spoke English very well which is definitely something that you need in Turkey as a lot of the locals don t usually understand English very much. If we ever needed anything they would be more than happy to oblige. The hotel has an an open patio/veranda in the front of the hotel which which was nice to just chill out on in the evenings. From just outside the hotel you have a direct view of the ayasofya mosque which looked beautiful. The hotel was in a small street just off the main road which meant that at night it wasn t noisy at all. In terms of location, it couldn t have been more perfect. It is in the epicentre of all the main attractions within that area. The sultanahmet and ayasofya mosque are just a four/five minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend!
WORTH IT FOR THE LOCATION
Location: the location is strategic, because it is 2 steps from the main sites of interest (Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica cistern, topkapi palace). It is very quiet, because it is located in an internal street, but from my room I could perfectly see Aya Sophia.
Room: in a thousand and one nights style, it was dignified: impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom without particular reliefs. The wi fi works great.
Services: the staff is very nice (they also recommended a real hammam, frequented by locals, very clean and away from the tourist spots). There is also a shuttle to and from the airport (the equivalent of 25 euros one way and 7 euros return. I don't know why this difference in price). The breakfast is simple (Turkish style, many fried vegetables) and there are no products, for example, gluten-free.
The hotel in general is very good, and the workers help a lot. In addition they changed our room for a better one just because it was available.
Nevertheless, we were stolen in our room. Hotel manager came next day and covered 50% of the money (because we didn't use the safe-box), but of course this was very unpleasant situation.
Very well decorated and cozy hotel, a beautyful sense of easter and Very polite and friendly people there. So near to everything!

As soon as I visited, the front desk welcomed me with a friendly smile and easy-to-understand English. The location was close to the historic center, and only half a day of sightseeing was possible. From the blue mosque to the topkapi palace without trams. The room was also very clean and felt very easy to spend. If you visit Istanbul again, I would like to use it again.

If you want to be satisfied with the pile of food you're going to go kandirsinlar derim beautiful. let's say it was a misunderstanding 250 liralik 2 people in the room 4 of them slept in an infamous way. The same gentleman set us up in a taxi, bilal taxi came to pick us up from the airport and we gave the taxi fare at 200 TL the next day we learned that; Istanbul airport from the hotel so much tutmuyormus .. now I ask 50 pounds for degermiydi, I do not trust anyone, I do not recommend even in front of my night !!!!

The hotel staff are very helpful and lovely, their English is well spoken. The hotel is very close by to all attractions in Istanbul and you can walk almost everywhere. The breakfast wasn't freshly made, and wasn't up to the standerds. The one thing that I did not like the most about the hotel was the very loud music played in the next-door building that was played until 3 AM sometimes.

Amazing location on a quiet street with very friendly service and a decent breakfast. The view of Hagia Sophia from our room was prett incredible, too. However, cleanliness is an issue. The bed linens and towels smelled very musty and the cramped shower was cracked and heavily mildewed. Overall I wouldn t return, despite the location.
The best hotel with superb location, reasonable price and most important of all nice hosts! They help you out with any thing! It's an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. You come as customers and leave as friends!!

Hotel very pretty and cozy from the outside as well as from the inside, the location is perfect just 2 minutes from the great blue mosque, Friendly staff especially Mr Sabri who is at the top, he advises very well and always present to help.
We have the choice for breakfast the buffet is a huge pity that we can't have lunch until 10:30 am for people who get up late like me , but hey it's like in any hotel.
If we come back to istanbul we will definitely come back to the same hotel
