The food was ok. I would probably eat here again for another work lunch. It reminded me of a dive dinner. Old outdated seating and small at first until you realize you can walk down the hall past the kitchen to more seating options. The worse part was the sticky floor and from what I gathered from my coworkers the spicy level of the food is not very consistent.
Food is always fresh and the taste is the best I had in San Antonio. Especially on far West side!!!

YUMMY!!! I have been here several times since it opened. This place is one of the best Thai places I have been. Food is delicious. Serving size is perfect. Price is reasonable. Service is friendly and fast. I am looking forward to eating here alot more since it is very close to home!

Fresh, made to order Thai food that is flavorful. The prices are great and the restaurant is very clean. I love how the veggies are cooked yet crisp in the entree dishes. I have eaten there twice and the flavors are consistent. The food also comes out in a timely manner. Sukhothai is a high quality Thai restaurant!

Great little thai restaurant. Very busy and crowded but the food is good and the lunch specials are pretty much the whole menu. Very friendly waite staff and overall excellent service but it will take a bit to get your food as they are always busy.
I live in Thailand and visit my grandkids in Texas a couple months per year. This restaurant is hands down the best Thai food in San Antonio! Very authentic, not toned down for the American taste preferences like the other places. Prices are great too! This is real Thai food, as it is cooked in Thailand.
This place is really good and fast. We were in and out in less than an hour during lunch.

The duck Curry is amazing and spring rolls are my favorite,the dining area is small and not particularly nice looking so I always take mine to go.
I loved it. We had the chicken satay&pot stickers with cucumber salad for appetizers and red curry beef w/ carrots,potatoes &peanuts over steamed rice. And everything was on point. Interior was nice and quiet and meticulously clean. The restroom was clean and sanitized enough to eat in if you had to
. Then throw in that it's right by where I currently reside ,I will be a frequent flier to this place.I I give it 5 stars cause they really wowed us with the outstanding service and attentiveness performed by only one person in the front. We already know that the man behind the wok has got mad skills. Whoever reads this needs to check it out and give it a try.

Me and my boyfriend love coming here. The lo mein noodles are the best. You gotta get the noodles medium spicy and some sweet rice for dessert! Never dissapoints us! And the staff are all so nice. I would give 100000 stars if I could.
Presentation and flavor go hand in hand here. Beautiful presentation and delicious food. (Forgot the pic) but The sweet rice and mango dessert to finish out our meal was a real delight.
This place knows food! The taste, the well-thought arrangement and quantity of each ingredient and the friendliness of the staff make this place crazy good! Even during these Corona virus days Sukhothai is churning out my family's favorites. Sure there have been some modifications to the experience (like pick-up or delivery only). And maybe the food tasted a bit less than perfect and had a couple different ingredients this last time around. Even still we can't rank it any less than a full 5 stars. I can't imagine how hard it is to run a successful restaurant these days. So to STILL rank so high, that seems unbeatable. This place never lets us down. We are always incredibly lucky to have this delicious and friendly place to get food from.
Having eaten here, makes me believe all the other Thai restaurants I have enjoyed in the past to be but a lie. This is a small hole in the wall, and family owned and operated . As the young lady told us, this is the same type and style of food we make at home for ourself. Their Green Tea Thai Tea was a wonderful surprise. Red Curry was smooth with a heat that did not kill your taste buds, but tickled your nose for a moment or two, and very flavorful. If dinner had a Crown it was their Sea Food Hot and Sour soup, light and yummy with a Lemongrass after glow. And their Stir Fry Veggies a dream, in a wonderful light sauce. We are from out of town, but will be returning to explore their ample menu in the future. REALLLY REALY GOOD STUFF!!!!!

Sukothai is pur go to for Thai food. We even get the sesame chicken from there bc it is so fresh and yummy. Rated 4 stars because lately when we get Togo we are lacking in meat. If we order pad woonsen or pad thai there is way more noodles than chicken. In our last order of pad woonsen we only had 4 piece of chicken and a whole togo tray full of the glass noodles. Hopefully this isn't something that is a new trend.
Food and service are the great. Best Thai food around. Eat there at least once or twice a week. Coworkers love it too.
Above average Thai food in a no nonsense restaurant, almost cafeteria atmosphere. I highly suggest the Pad Thai and the cheese rolls.

Always had a good experience here but the quality has really declined recently. Ordered mixed vegetables with tofu. I asked if there would be broccoli and was told yes. Not one piece of broccoli in the dish. Just the cheapest veggies: cabbage, carrots, baby corn, etc. All of them were overcooked and the sauce was super oily. Also, not clean. The door glass was covered in hand/ fingerprints. Should have turned around after seeing that.

Great Pad Thai! My son liked the Rice Soup. The young lady at the desk was wearing a mask and contantly using hand sanitizer. Place looked clean. We usually only do curbside dining, but I would go back to this place even though they do not offer. They pack things to go as well. My son's soup was double bagged and no items burnt through the plastic. They have hot oil, just have to ask for it. Cheese rolls were great as well. Wish their bubble tea and banana dessert was available whem we went.
If you enjoy Thai food this is an excellent off the beaten path. My favorite is the drunken noodles.

I just moved to the San Antonio area from Cali and this is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The staff is nice, service is fast, the portions are big and the food is delicious! If you're stuck between a dish, I recommend the Pad see ew, Pad mama, or the Pad Thai

It's a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but don't let the looks let you down. The food was FANTASTIC!!! So full of flavor and generous portion sizes. I ordered the royal appetizer which came with mini cheese rangoons, springs rolls, bean curds aka tofu, fried shrimp and beef wontons. I really enjoy finger foods, so this was the perfect plate for me and I shared with my hubby. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bean curds, however I am not a fan of tofu in general. This was springy and reminded me of bland angel cake. My husband ordered the Pad Kanghai plate with chicken which had a garlic sauce and hot spice to it. It came with broccoli and steamed rice. This plate was full of flavor and spice. We both really enjoyed all of it. The service was fast and courteous. Even the restrooms were very clean. I would highly recommend you give this place a try!
