Great customer service. Ate at Jack's restaurant. Our waitress was on point and even Management came to our table to greet us and make sure we were satisfied! The front desk and dining room at Marriott fishermen's wharf in San Francisco should take lessons on true customer service from Jack's in Philadelphia.
Restroom facilities was great but I wasn't pleased with the seating at the concert I attended. Seats are too close together. I was literally squashed by the person next to me. Almost ruined my first-time experience there!
Very relaxing, you get the opportunity to be around cultural people. Everyone is in there for the same purpose to win money.
You win and you loose .. I came here one day and won 80$ off of 3$ .. and another day I lost 60$ .. I love the place and I love that there's no smoking here . The view of the city is great too
They now require you to give them your ID to enter. You have to provide your ID to give them your money. Most people working in this place are rude & now you have to bow to all their commands. People must be really desperate to lose their money. For all the sports betters , write down your selections and don't go in there & you will be happy you didn't lose your money.
The house usually wins is a very true statement here I don't know if it is because covid hit but before the pandemic it was fun and certain machines paid a nice amount as of lately your bonuses sometimes only pay $10.00 sometimes I can play 8 to 10 machines and not get 1 bonuses, where as before the pandemic I could probably win at least 4 machines. So now that the pandemic hit they are definitely making up for lose revenue
Wonderful hosts Hospitality a 10 slots are loose and people winning fast Great atmosphere and rhythm
This place was okay. But I highly recommend to either go to the new casino by the sports complex called live. Or spend a little longer trip and go up to Street road to that casino which is awesome and a lot bigger. Sorry Rivers casino it seems like you attract all the wrong type of clientele.
Wasn't planning on going here that night but a friend suggested we meet up so we did. Came here after my daughter's 21st b-day party that wasn't too far. I parked in my usual section and it was well lit. When we got in, there was some filming going on in one of the sections. They were filming some video game teams playing Madden and there was a good amount of people at the casino. I believe the casino is non-smoking now which was great. They did have a smoking section outside to accommodate those who wanted to smoke. It's possible in the private rooms you can but the main floor, you couldn't. The staff kept everything clean and people had on masks...not everyone but more were wearing them than not. You could still get drinks and they had the bar running. Only thing was that the food places (where I was playing the slots) were closed by 12 which I wasn't used to. One of the places were closing up so I didn't bother to check. All and all it was good night and I enjoyed myself. Will probably go back in a month or so.
