Dr. Diwan was my pain management Dr. after my L5S1 herniated disk surgery with Dr. Theodore Schwartz many years ago. Dr. Diwan's expertise, knowledge and experience is beyond words. He is a gentleman, he walks you through each step during a Medial Branch Nerve Block so you are aware when he is ready to begin the injection procedure. I am now living in another state but would fly to NYC just to see him. He is very caring and you know you are in good hands. Miss Ongaro

As a patient of Dr. Diwan's for many year's I've received nothing but the best treatments with both medical treatments and in always providing me information on each and every option I've ever inquired about , he has always put my health as a top priority and in doing so Dr . Diwan has helped elevate a lot of my physical discomforts I was having ,he recently did a spinal stimulation implant and he's been on top of my every step of recovery and if any concerns he addresses it IMMEDIATELY with no hesitations, i will be a patient of Dr. Diwan till he retires . I ve been with Dr. Diwan for almost 17 years from when I first got injured. He is always willing to take the time to listen and try and come up with the best plan to take(and fight with the insurance). I have had epidurals, radio frequency, nerve blocks to help with the pain. Some working better then others due to my complex injury. We put a spinal cord stimulator for my neck pain back in 2009. That was life changing as far as cutting out a huge amount of my medications. Medications wise Dr Diwan has always been attentive to my needs but never willing to just hand out pills. He s always looking to deal with things interventionally if possible and keep the meds to amount. Dr Diwan and his staff are top notch and have become like and extended family. I always recommend him to whoever needs help with their pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diwan for the past 2 years. During this time he has been innovative, caring and tireless about my care & health. I have made great strides and look forward to my recovery getting to a 100 percent under his care.

Dr. Diwan and his assistant were incredible. He traveled in on a day off at last seconds notice. He is the ultimate professional, but even better of a doctor. Was quickly able to identify the problem and able to assist. He is not only great at what he does, but also a great person. Will certainly return and highly recommend to anybody.

I ve been a patient of Dr. Diwan for almost 20 years. He reduced my pain from a severe case of endometriosis with adenomyosis, combined with a compressed disc, when other doctors and surgeons had no success. I was being given an assortment of pain meds but with little instruction on use. Dr. Diwan helped me reduce my pain with fewer and safer medicines. He keeps ahead of new studies/ideas/strategies/medicines and ensures that his patients can continue to safely keep up with their careers, family and social lives, and live a life in control of pain. When pain controls you, your abilities are limited. I m very grateful to Dr. Diwan for allowing me to control my pain and keep active!
