TERRIBLE people to deal with if you don't need your money sign with him

Promises said but not kept. Ashwin said that many Skupos customers were coming to them because of the same issues I was having and assured me their system would work. When I asked for a refund because the product did not work as promised I was given the runaround. Wish I had read the reviews prior to paying them the yearly subscription upfront. The CEO erroneously emailed me stating that I am a spy for other companies and to ignore my emails and phone calls. A modern day Don Quixote no less. I have received emails from him over the years accusing Nielson of breach of contract and disparaging his competitors like Skupos. Stay far away.

They are a scam.

This company is not worth doing business. They take money for service and then dont deliver. They dont refund any money. I would highly recommend not to use success systems.

Great backoffice system. I'd be suspicious that other reviews are written by competitors.
