A beautiful experience of travel in God's own abode Devbhumi, very ably assisted by Shubhyatra Travel. Maya Singh helped us a lot in planning stage over telephone and mails.The hotel accommodations provided were quite good considering the very remote nature of the destinations. We were a family of 6 adults (4 sr ctzn) and one 4yr old. We could comfortably complete the tin dham yatra because of good arrangements after the daylong tiring journeys.

Naveen Mohan Ji provided us a Taxi (Tavera) in good condition along with a nice Driver for our 5 days trip (26.9.2015 to 30.9.2015) from Haridwar to Badrinath and back with a reasonable budget. The Driver, Mr. Samir Mehra was very cooperative and friendly.
While proceeding to Badrinath from Haridwar we have halted at Josjimut and visited Aluli by Ropeway and enjoyed the place.
At Badrinath we have also visited Mana Village (Last Village of India)&seen good tourist places there.

We decided to go for Chardham tour and started our plan in July 2016. We invited proposals on the date of travel, duration, places of visit, type and condition of vehicle, driver s attitude and his ability to guide, hygienic hotels with hot water facility en route for our stay, availability of good food, and cost. We received proposals from 5 tour operators. After discussions with them and study of their offers, we selected ShubhYatra Holidays Pvt Ltd, Rishikesh. We found that Mr Naveen and Priya of ShubhYatra are professional in their business and displayed high standards of customer relationship. They addressed each of our concerns carefully and maintained a pleasant communication with us.
We started from Bangalore and reached Dehradun on the morning of 7th sept 2016. The driver of the TT Mr. Vikas received us and we proceeded to Barkot for night stay. The hotel was good and on the main road itself. After breakfast next day, we proceeded to Yamunotri. In the same way, we visited Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badri, Joshimutt, Devaprayag places. There were no confusion at any place and every event was well planned.
We had to visit Hem Kund Sahib on our return from Badrinath, but on enquiry, we understood that the helicopter service was not reliable. So we cancelled our 2 days stay at Gangeria, and decided to extended our stay at Badrinath and Rishikesh. We were very much happy when Mr. Naveen agreed to reschedule this without any hesitation. The program ended on 18th sep.
They also extended some support at personal level to make our tour fully satisfactory. We recommend tourists to take ShubhYatra s services for a hassle free tour.

We booked our Chardham tour with Shubh Yatra recently after going through the reviews online. We had a lot of questions and Naveen and Priya answered them promptly. Had taken services of Shubh Yatra for 2 Dham. Opted for the luxury package ex- Haridwar for 2 Adults and 2 Kids. Mr. Navin & Priya Bisht were helpful in the process and have booked right stays as per expectation.
The only challenge was with the cab provided. The driver - Narendra Singh Negi - was one of the worst person you can come across. Very rude and always willing to trick you. Even for the smallest of thing, he will frown and complain. The worst part is after the onset of yatra, you don't have any option other than to remain stuck with the driver for next 5 days. Was expecting a better trained driver on a company owned vehicle rather than outsourcing it to a local cabbie!! This I can also do on my own!

Excellent experience of Char Dham Yatra
My family members and I have just completed the Char Dham Yatra successfully and I want to thank Shubh Yatra Travels for helping us complete this tour successfully, it was a excellent and memorable trip to Char Dham Yatra that was extremely well organized and arranged by Mr. Naveen.
Mr. Naveen was very prompt in responding to my emails and addressing my concerns while arranging the trip for us and also assisted with booking of train from Varanasi to Haridwar. I must thank Mr. Naveen for all the patience shown with all my queries and the best possible itinerary he prepared for our yatra.
Given the difficult roads that we had to navigate, having a good driver was very important and Rakesh was an excellent driver and he did a good job keeping us very safe and he knows the roads very well. Mr. Naveen also selected some of the best hotels/resorts for us and many of them are right on beautiful river banks.

Do Dham Yatra-Sri Badrinathji and Sri Kedarnathji (27th July 2018 to 2nd June 2018), 15 persons, planned a trip through Shubhyatra Travels and completed successfully to our utmost satisfaction. Our sincere thanks to Mr.Naveen Mohan in organizing this trip in a professional manner and Mrs. Maya Singh in responding to our emails with immediate and prompt replies by clarifying our point-wise queries.
VEHICLES: Vehicles arranged by Mr.Naveen are in good condition with A/C and the drivers reached us safely as per out itinerary. Drivers are experienced in ghat sections and are polite. We did not face any problem with them during our journey.
DELUXE HOTELS: He has taken every care in arranging hotels as per our agreed package and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at each night during our journey.
HELICOPTER TICKETS: While we were facing slight difficulty in obtaining helicopter tickets from Phata to Kedarnath and back on 29th July 2018, Mr.Naveen has come forward, extended his support and helping hand in obtaining helicopter tickets for all of us (15 persons) on the same day return. We were fortunate to have these tickets with the help of Lord Sri Kedarnathji, each one of our team members felt very happy and thanked Naveen, especially, for this arrangement. We had darshan very comfortably, otherwise it would have become difficult for all of us either to go by Dholi or trudge the distance of 16 kilometres all along, because we all are aged persons. Thanks once again to Mr.Naveen for this arrangement.
OUR EXPERIENCE: We have paid only an advance of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) per person only at the beginning. He did never ask us to pay for the balance amount of the trip at anytime. I have only made this final payment when I reached his office on 27th July 2018. I personally feel that he is trusty worthy and rely upon his commitment(s) with the itinerary being given for the respective tour. Mr.Naveen organized our trip very neatly, professionally using their good offices and with their vast and rich experience. Our team members felt very happy with their services and expressed their willingness to join again in future trips.

Mr.Naveen Mohan's service is of the highest quality standards. This is for the second time my family in the last 3 years is utilizing his services for the Char Dham yatra and both the time his dedication to customer service is exemplary. I owe this feedback to him and it was long over due. His drivers for the Char Dham Circuit are very Polite , dedicated and the hotels arranged from his side were also top class. First time around during May 2015 , I traveled with my 3 year old daughter and end to end services of Accommodation to Cab to Helicopter are excellent. So taking a cue decided to take my parents and 8 month old infant also this time for the yatra and was very nervous whether I would get Helicopter tickets during first week of May 2018. Mr. Naveen Mohan was calm and composed and he arranged for heli tickets without any fuss the day prior and co-ordinated well. Highly recommended and will definitely use his services next time.

My parents recently took the do dham tour through shubh yatra.travels from 2 june to 8 th june. Everything was planned and organised perfectly by their team. We took their economy package . Their choice of hotels were excellent and the food provided in the hotels were great. We also booked the helicopter tickets for kedarnath through them . Our driver mukeshji was excellent who had excellent knowledge about the area and terrain. They even arranged for a guide in haridwar at a very short notice which is truly appreciated. Our special thanks to maya and Naveenji for their care and cooperation. The personal care they take towards their customers safety and well being was overwhelming. We would definitely take their tours in future anytime and also would recommend to our family and friends.
We are just back from our Char dham Yatra. We had a great trip and thanks to Naveen and team for all their efforts in making our trip a memorable one. All the hotels were as opted before and great. We traveled in June 1st week,2018. Our experience with Shubhyatra was very pleasant and comfortable. They provided good vehicle and accommodation. Our driver Hemant was very knowledgeable and smart. Unfortunately we couldn't go to Kedarnath due to bad weather and negligence of Aryan Aviation, something that Shubhyatra has no control over. Yet, Naveen was courteous enough to stay up late and arrange tickets with another Aviation. Unfortunately weather was bad again. We plan to visit Kedarnath again next year and will have no hesitation in choosing Shubhyatra. I will recommend them to anyone visiting Chardham as they are genuine and customer centric.

I have booked Deluxe Package with Shubh Yatra Travels for 7 Nights/8 Days for Do Dham Yatra (Kedarnath & Badrinath) for my parents. I have just completed the Do dham Yatra (Kedarnath and Badrinath) on May, 2018 through Shubh Yatra Travels. I can unduly say it is the best operators with excellent planning, proper communication and service. We are in total of six persons include my parent. It was a nice tour for my family.

Six months we Four two families are after you for do dham trip even we pay premium helicopter charges 19000per person actual rate is 16350 but you have not able to provide us any ticket only assurance. Later on you have cutoffs communication .We are at the mercy of your driver Mr Prem whose behaved very rudely with us . We four were travelling by toyota innova provided by you.We hope you could have arranged mornig flight whole day we have to run pillar to post only evening your driver arrange flight for us but after 3PM all flight was cancelled (situation was same as previous day also).So next day our turn came but next day total flight of heritage helicopter service cancelled we went for badrinath darsan.Our return flight from Delhi was fixed so it was not possible for us to wait for days.
