I have been going to Su Clinica since a kid...but this bad rating is going out to the Referral Department..my Dr...which is excellent gave me a referral ..been leaving them messages..left a voice mail to the floor directory complaining...and no one has the decency to call me .....Su Clinical Familiar is excellent but the Referral needs a rebuke from higher ups
Worst experience of my life. But what would you expect from doctors who work here. They obviously were not good enough to get better jobs anywhere else.
I love su clinica they have some of the best providers, I enjoy my stay each time I go knowing I m under good hands, the doctors are very smart especially Doctor Aloncer. Sorry if I misspelled her name, but she s great
i use certified nurse midwife shanna creighton,whom is a very well kept,organized,professional provider,she s knows what she s talking about and always explains things very well. always puts her patients first. not only that,but i used to hate going to gyno appointments but now since i have shanna i look forward to them-thank you shanna for all you do,and the help you provide not only that but thank you for being so kind and caring. i recommend her for anything you need in obgyn department. she s a wonderful lady and provider and someone who s i recommend anyone to see.
They won t help me because they are not taking new patients but I m in desperate need of help and they basically says they don t care
bad doctors, bad customers service ..don't really help people...Dr. Bhatla is the worse she does not care about her patients.,
They take 3 hours just to look at one piece of paper. The workers just sit there acting like they doing stuff when they are just sitting there. They talk all wrong making patient worry alot about there baby's. This is the worst doctor office I have ever seen. I pray that everyone realize what they do and stop coming here.

Im rating then for their phone service. They never pick up the phone. They ask we call before showing up but yet NEVER answer the phone. I also tried selecting the wrong number to try and get someone else but when I did all the person did was transfer me back to the same line that never gets picked up..Which i the pediatric nurse by the way.
