I recently made a purchase and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The fabric quality didn’t match what I anticipated from the photos online. 😕 Additionally, the sizing was a bit off, which made the fit less comfortable than I had hoped.

Customer service was slow to respond to my inquiries, which added to my frustration. It feels like there’s a disconnect between what is advertised and the actual product received. I expected more attention to detail, given the price points.

I think there’s potential for improvement, but for now, my experience hasn't encouraged me to shop again. 🌧️
