I have been going to STUDIO FIT ONE for a few months now, and I have to say it has been an average experience overall. The trainers are quite knowledgeable and friendly, but the equipment could use some upgrading. The facilities are clean and well-maintained though. I would appreciate if they offered more variety in their workout classes. Overall, it's a decent gym to join if you're in the area.
