I never write reviews but since I found this amazing bike shop with fabulous customer service for my bike repair by reading the reviews, I want to help this store get even more new customers. They repaired my bike while I waited which was very important to my schedule. They were friendly, helpful and did not attempt to upsell me to buy other products even though I did so on my own volition. Their prices were reasonable and they made sure my bike was on top top shape for safety since I ride 7 days a week. I bet you will be glad you tried Studio Cycle Co like I was.

The BEST bike shop in ALL of Los Angeles! Bob is very understanding and helpful and the repair guys are knowledgeable and patient. They all take the time to explain everything and will make a great recommendations for a new bike too! I discovered them on a ride through town and needed my brakes changed and now, I just bought an awesome bike from them. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. SO HAPPY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

10 STARS! I had the best experience with the owner of Studio Cycle Co. He really went above and beyond for me. The bike I got at first was just a little too small and he worked so so very hard to get be a replacement. When the replacement came - it was an upgrade and he was so patient and generous with me and my family that we are just little road warriors now!! Wonderful customer service and so so nice to have met you guys. See you again soon!

Amazing people to work with. Extremely helpful, very kind, very informative. Both Steve and Bobby are super down to earth chill people that clearly have a passion for what they do.

Great staff and great service. They were super helpful and even let my wife and I test out the bikes around the parking lot.

Best service doesn't even compare to does big shops. A must try place please try first at least. The customer service is one of a kind. Its a small place but very welcoming.

Shocked me by having my bike ready in one hour. Total bill $40. Would have been much more in Sherman Oaks. Great outdoor area for meeting customers during these difficult times and quite understanding of the fact I preferred to transact the business outside.

Bobby & team were great to work with. They were very patient with me throughout the bike purchase process and when I picked up they included a water bottle holder and bell on my bike! If you re a first time bike owner or don t already have one, ask a team member to assemble a flat tire kit for you as well.
