Lots of variety in types of classes, teacher styles, and payment structures (including pay-what-you-can classes, and the option to trade work shifts for class hours). They have a really nice community lounge space that also hosts some regular community meetings. There are also a few individual therapy rooms available for healers/ therapists to meet clients. They also allow individuals to rent studio space, and have a small event rental space. Overall, this place has a wonderful energy, offers some really great classes, and is a great asset to our community.

I don't even live in Philly (just a regular visitor), but these are some of my favorite yoga classes anywhere. The Forrest classes manage to strike a great balance of attention to detail and tough workout with a very welcoming atmosphere.

Between the welcoming space, free tea, interesting & eclectic events, great instructors, and inexpensive classes, Studio 34 must have been conceived and run by delightful peoples.

It's honest to goodness yoga. They focus on posture and breathing. They focus on giving time for reflection. I've been in studios that were only about sloppy bad soul cycle like speed. This yoga studio is gentle and welcoming.
