Worthless service. Book ordered and was just available. Suddenly no longer available. After that, there was never any communication from study store. The new print appeared to be normal. Now two weeks later I have to cancel it myself and order a new one. You will get the money back later. But must first pay again. No service at all from customer service. What a bad company. Horrible service. Delivery doesn't always arrive, you have to PRAY that everything goes well on the first attempt, or you have to dedicate 1 hour everyday on the phone (At least 45 min on hold) to push for a re-send or for some attention. It's like flipping a coin. It can either go well or horribly wrong. My advice: spend 5 more per book and order them in a bookshop. Absolutely not recommended!
