I've been deeply shocked by the kind of living conditions Studentstaden offers. I've been lucky before where I stayed in a wonderful apartment they offered me. This time around, I've been offered a place which is filled with mold, with weird tasting drinking water (yes, they know) and with heating which didn't work for a month during the autumn (studentbostaden offered NO alternative even when I asked them for a small portable heater while they were trying to fix the heating but they refused to provide). I'm appalled and shocked.

After a bit of trying to get the door open, it was excellent to enter the student city office. Bought a parking ticket here for a few months which is brilliant if you have not yet received a parking space.

Terrible renting business. The rudest and most unprofessional staff who works there. Don't rent apartments from them. You will regret it after you have to deal with their incompetence, unprofessionality and rudeness. PLUS: All their apartments are cold as ice during the winter so you have to wear winter jackets, pants and gloves INSIDE your apartment. And when you ask them to come and fix the cold they just blame You that it's your fault that it's cold in your apartment. Disgusting behavior from them. And when you pay the rent they can a few days later send you a bill saying that you haven't paid in time even if you have. So they fraud you your money. They are fraudsters and can not be trusted

Limited opening hours, but call first they are very helpful!
