The service was great with very easy and convenient processes to book a time for the service and they showed up on time. There work was excellent with the staff doing a very good job and very polite. We will use them again for sure. Price was excellent and matched the quality work.

POOR SERVICE!!! After moving all the furniture away from our windows the crew arrived 3+ hours late, excuse was things happen, tough! We had big houses today. We are cleaning our own windows.
We contacted this company last fall requesting service but they were fully booked. After talking with them they suggested we leave our name on their list for follow-up in the spring. I was so happy that they reached out to us in early spring and we had them do gutters and windows. We are also already signed up for Fall gutter cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism , quality, cost and efficiency of the office and the Team that came to our house.
The crews, as always, are courteous, thorough and take care to respect our home both inside and out....I especially value the care they take to not trample our flower beds when placing feet and ladders! Also, I feel they offer very fair rates for their window cleaning services.

We have been using Student Suds for a few years now. We are very pleased with their promptness, friendliness and commitment to doing a good job. Their prices are very fair. We use them for pressure washing the whole outside of our house and attached garage. They also clean all our gutters. All the windows of our house - inside and out - are spotless. We also have them come out to Pigeon Lake to do our lake house. They are very careful not to disturb anything in the house or outside in the yard.We have two pets and they even interact with them! Two students arrived from Student Suds earlier than originally scheduled, which worked well for us. The company was hired to cut back a Virginia Creeper vine which had drastically overgrown the front of our two-storey house and well onto the roof, itself. The gentlemen worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully and did an excellent job. They were also personable, professional and accommodating as we had asked them to remove a second-storey storm window that required repair. The company's owner, Jason, came by and was very particular in directing his staff to clip this piece and that, in order to ensure that the vine was cut evenly and looked great from the street. We would certainly recommend Jason and Student Suds as the work was done well, on time and at a reasonable price.

I have used Student Suds' outdoor cleaning services for about ten years now. I have them clean the eavestroughs, power wash the siding of my house and garage, power wash the garage floor and clean my windows inside and out. I have always found the service to be excellent - the quality of the work is great and the crews are always friendly, personable and on time. I also find Student Suds' pricing to be very fair. In addition, I have used Student Suds' housekeeping service for about eight years now. Again, the quality of the work has always been excellent and I find the prices very fair. Student Suds was recommended to me so this was my first time. They arrive at exactly the time they were supposed to. Both were very friendly, especially James, and did a wonderful job. I had just moved in and knew my windows were very dirty. They did outside, inside and the screens. They responded very well and quickly to any comments I made.. I will definitely get them again and have told friends about them..

My son worked for them.......no training program, working at heights with very little safety. Had 10% of pay deducted with no consent form signed. Overtime not paid although overtime hours were worked. Use of ladders at height not tied off. Required to use both hands when on ladder which negates 3 point contact. Tisk Tisk. When asked for safety harness was told they had them but no rope or lanyard. No life is worth a dollar!!!!! For all student or future employees please educate yourself on your rights as a worker and the rights and responsibilities of your employer. Complete site specific safety inspection. Identify risks and hazards and find ways to eliminate risks. Be safe out there.

I had a great experience with Jason and his crew. They were quick to do an estimate and made arrangements for service promptly after. They did a fantastic job cleaning my older gutters, and even nailed down a few loose nails for me. They also did the gutters on my dad's rental property; he was very happy with how they cleaned them up. Prompt replies to all my questions, easy to get a hold of too....I will be using them again in the future!
We have been using student Suds for a lot of years and they provide significant value to us each spring. They powerwash our house and large deck to keep its appearance looking sharp and clean. We also have them wash the windows, screens and tracks inside and out. So nice to have this done in the spring, feels so good. We had them clean the skylights one year as well, just because! Jason has been a real allie to work with and the students have been a pleasure as well. We look forward to having them come each year to start our spring off sparkling clean. They offer many services and we haven't used them all but whatever you need they're more than happy to oblige. Their pricing is good and it really helps our youngins' with their expenses. A win-win for all. This year with Covid19 they were especially concerned with the health and safety of the students as well as homeowners. A very mature group to work with!

Year 2 using this service. Great job on cleaning our windows, some of which are high off the ground and difficult to reach. The only reason I didn t give a 5 star rating is due to the booking process. Seems a bit clunky.
