Been a Stubbs customer since I bought my first Suzuki in 1986! They're the best dealership in town.

I just stepped in to look at a scooter and Rob Smith and Ivan made me a deal on a Bergman I couldn't say no to. It was a painless process.

Love it, just came in and rolled away with an 06 Honda VT 1100.

Johnathan got me in the door to the show room working out an optimal time for me to come in, Leo swooped in stoked to take care of me, Paul was all over the finances-he got me in and out of all the legwork and when I had questions about maintenance Joe was on top of it with the knowledge I needed to make sure I had a damn good time with my bike.

Rob Smith is a wonderful salesman can't ask for a good man to deal with.

The Honda service department is firmly on track to get someone killed one of these days. Assuming these are the same people who prep the inventory for sale, good luck purchasing bikes, too.

I brought in my bike for repairs after being backed into in the parking lot. When the work was done (a month later), as I was stopping in a traffic light on my way back home from the service, the shift linkage rod fell out of the mount - just like that, I look down and see it on the road under my freely dangling shift lever.

It is only by accident (no pun) that I didn't take the highway back home that day, and that the linkage fell out on a red light instead of at 60 mph: normally I would but there was a long jam on I-610 that day due to construction and I decided to go around. But even simply having to push your bike from the middle of a wide and busy city road is neither fun nor safe.

Forgetting to tighten the linkage was not the only sign of sloppy work that I noticed: there were also some electrical wires not affixed to the fairing the way they ought to be. These are just the problems I discovered during my 10-mile ride out of the shop - obviously there's no way to be sure nothing else is still waiting to happen. Apparently I was being charged $90/hour for labor on this job.

Got my dirt bike here about 2 years ago and still runs great. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

I absolutely love this store. The salespeople are very professional and the service is great. I rented a motorcycle from there to check to see if that is what I wanted and ended up purchasing a Heritage Soft tail. I look forward to Stubbs events they hold all the time. I always recommend Stubbs! Great people and great place!

My wife and I visited several Motorcycle dealers today. We received the friendliest welcome and had good conversations with both Rob and Bryce were attentive and courteous. We will be back to visit!

Went to the safety class there and everyone is friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Great place to shop.

Had a great first time buying experience with these guys. Leo was very communicative, helpful, and kind during the sale process. Really enjoyed working out a deal with Leo and his sales manager. Very reasonable and fair and they made me feel as though there were being fairly genuine. I appreciated the overall effort for customer service throughout the store. Only thing I would say could have been better is the payment process. While I understand that warranties are something people want and that the finance person makes commission on, I felt it was pushed a little too hard. Might help to have the sales guys bring it up while negotiating the bike price so that it doesn't feel so tacked on. Could also have been my fault for not being clearer about my intentions. Either way, a really great experience so I'm giving 5 stars. Would recommend to friends looking to buy a bike. Haven't had experience yet with the service or parts departments.

I recently purchased a Honda Rebel 300 from Marty Garcia. He was very helpful with the whole purchasing/financing process. He gave me a sweet deal on my bike and was not hesitant when I gave him my non negotiable budget amount. All in all it was a very smooth transaction. I would recommend anyone to go by and visit Stubbs Cycles on telephone. Extremely satistfied customer.

Good Customer service very good looking bikes , sales personnel comes present themselves one time which i appreciate my space, and they leave you alone for the rest of the time the you are there, so you can look around and feel the bikes of your preference, after a while they come back and they ask if you have questions,they understand that we customers don't like sales men behind you,so i say that is a good plus.

Awesome staff, Leo personally helped me out but all the other staff working there made me feel comfortable with the questions i was asking. Definitely check out stubbs cycles if you are looking for a bike or parts.

I bought a Bluetooth set for my helmet here. They told me the difference between the different units, and installed it for me right there at the counter.

I called on Friday morning, the weekend of the Lone Star Rally. I had a problem with my stator on a 1998 Ultra. I talked to Katelin and she said "If I can get the bike in quick, they may be able to fix it has they had the parts in stock". Everybody else said a week. I took in my bike and 4 hours later, I WAS RIDING. The mechanic was amazing and Angel and Katelin treated me as if I was the only bike they had. It was the best time I ever had getting my bike fixed. We could not come to terms on a trade in for a 2014 Ultra, But that's ok because I LOVE MY BIKE. I will go to these guys for anything else I need. Just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Great guys that KNOW Harley's. I even found out two of my engine mount bolts had come out and they fix it for like a few bucks. I even got a tire put on the rear. I can not say enough good things about how I was treated at STUBBS.. Just really great people that like most of what they do..

Worst customer service ever. I was in the store and not one person spoke to me.

My wife and I made two purchases from here within an 8-day timeframe. We both bought smaller bikes to learn to ride on and to navigate the Montrose/Midtown area easily. We had incredible service both times from Rob. The first bike we price matched with another dealer and Rob met our offer and provided great service! He took great care of us and even found us cheaper insurance than we could have gotten through our current car insurer (USAA). In fact, it was about 60% cheaper than we could have found anywhere else. The second bike we called and Rob told us to come by and he d make us a deal. I had made some calls to other dealers before hand to get a walk out the door price, so I was prepared. Rob offered us a very competitive offer and even beat the other offers I had by $100 without us even asking! It was truly a great experience even though the place was incredibly busy! I will buy my next two bikes from him (yes, my wife and I have already decided to buy bigger bikes in the future) and probably won t even go to another dealer! Show up, ask for Rob!

Customer Service is professional and friendly. I learned the Import Service manager has 25 years experience there and it shows. Having to leave my bike at a shop with strangers is stressful, but I left my bike in good hands at a place that is knowledgeable and caring from the get go.

UPDATE MY REVIEW: I brought my bike, which had a dead battery, 2 recalls and when it would start, was missing or not running right. Stubbs Import had the recalls completed within hours. Now, the dead battery, they charged for me. A replacement was not necessary. Why the bike was running bad, they were not getting any codes, so this is the embarrassing part for me, they found my plugs were backed out. My K&N filter was dry. My bike has been in 2 other shops that I don't want to give the benefit of putting their name out there with good or bad advertising. I had my bike at one of these other shops with an appointment, for 3 weeks for the recalls and they never got to it. I was informed by Suzuki that my recalls are same day fix. STUBBS IMPORT's achieved that without an appointment. I just wanted to share the excellent service I experienced at STUBB's IMPORTS.

Great service.. walked in got approved within minutes, signed our paper work all less then an hour...

Best service in town! I'm glad I came here to get my bike.

I bought my first bike from here yesterday, and I gotta say Stubb's is the place to go. I got a great deal, and Rob was awesome about making the process as easy as possible. Definitely will be recommending to all my friends.

Recently bought my 2015 Honda Grom, what an amazing experience! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Ivan, John, and Paul made everything very smooth. I was in & out. Will def be back!

We went to so many shops before checking out Stubbs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, but we were never hounded by sales men. We ended up going back to Stubbs a few days later to buy two scooters. AJ was AMAZING and answered all of my questions and worked with us until we were comfortable with the price. Never once did he make me feel like we were being pressured and actually the whole process was more like buying from a friend. Paul was equally as awesome when it came time to signing all the paperwork and made what is usually the worst part of buying enjoyable.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else, just go straight to Stubbs! Straight-up no games salesmen, casual buying process, super helpful and professional staff throughout the entire process and a great deal overall.

I recently bought a iron 883 from shea. It's an amazing bike and he was an excellent sales man. Helped me get the bike I wanted for the price I wanted. He knew what he was talking about and was very nice the whole time. I recommend going to shea every time and I will be back to buy from him!

Called and talked to one of their mechanics. Wanting to got a front rim for my shadow laced up. Said they didn't have the tools. Who has a supposedly dealer shop and no tools for a front rim? Had to finally take it to a salvage yard to get done. Crazy.

I always love coming here both the Harley building and the Suzuki building are awesome to look around see all the new bikes and gear that are out, the suzuki building is the original building of Stubbs so it is older looking, but dont let the looks deceive you very nice inside loaded with lots of toys to look at I could spend hours in either building just looking at the bikes, atvs, gear, the list goes on. This particular trip i had ordered a part for my bike and of course Stubbs offers a military discount very pleased with that, got my part, which came in quickly I might add, got it for a very good price everyone was nice, then I spent a little time checking out the bikes might be getting a new bike for the kid and wife we will see though all in all great experience will be returning.

I purchased a used scooter from this business and had a good experience.

Price was fair to begin with and the paperwork was painless.

Ivan helped me out and was straight forward with all of my questions.

I found the bike I wanted online and applied for a loan on their website. When I went in they had the bike out front and paperwork was really fast. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a used bike.

Purchase a Honda Grom for these guys, and to be honest they made my first store-bought motorcycle a great experience!! Excellent customer services, none pushy so i definitely will be coming back to the guys for any future purchases!!

I ordered several Goldwing jackets, 2 months ago and i was told they would arrive beginning of May, 2018. So i called to follow up several times and i was told it would come mid May. So i decided to go to the store and the store told me it would arrive in July! Over and over, they told me different dates and different stories. I am truly disappointed and i will never order from you guys again! I bough those jackets for some customers overseas and now i lost my customers and no one wants to order from you guys as well! If i could give you zero stars i would, but i hope someone reads this and decides to not go through with their order!

Tanner and Rey were great! They will do whatever it takes to get the deal done. I never leave reviews, but I feel like I owe it to these guys. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Go see them if you re in the market for a Harley.

I've come in here twice now, two hours a time trying to find a helmet that fits my extremely round oval head. Each time the individual helping me decide on a helmet has been patient and understanding that I wasn't going to rush into a $400 purchase for a helmet that doesn't fit just right.

I didn't even end up buying the helmet, but they recommended another motorcycle store for me to try on a helmet. That's a mark of a good business in my opinion.

Came in Saturday morning to see if they still had the white Grom my wife liked. They did. Leo and the other guys were very helpful. It was an easy purchase.

third day bringing my bike up here just to change a tire first 2 days they couldn't do it cause i arrived about 530 and they close at 6.
3rd day i arrive at 445 and the mechanic left early..

First I want to start by saying that I believe in opportunities, I'm very easy going but when it comes to the Sales Manager at Stubbs Cycles I now have a problem and that's why I'm writing a review. So I had been looking around to purchase a Motorcycle. I went to several places and even asked friends who own motorcycles for referrals on where to go. Several told me not to go because of bad experiences, I even went online to see some reviews. Even the reviews there were a bit up and down but that didn't stop me from giving them a chance. You never know, sometimes people have bad experiences and some don't. So I decided to go and check them out twice. My first visit I met the Sales Manager Ivan and he was actually the one who attended me and we spoke about my interest on what type of motorcycle I was looking for. I left because I still wanted to do some more research and because I couldn't do the purchase that day due to my funds at the moment. I came back almost 2 weeks later and I was attended by another salesman, very kind gentlemen and right away I was convinced on the motorcycle I wanted to purchase. I could have bought the motorcycle full price at 5,000 but I wanted to take a chance and finance it I knew do to some history in the past it was a slim chance but I felt that if I put 1,000 down I could probably do something. I was even willing to put down 2,000 but I wanted to wait and see what happened. So this time Ivan comes by and he mentioned that he would try to see what he could do to get me that deal and to give him at least an hour. We spoke and I said I would be back because I was going to run an errand and if things came back looking good or bad to give me a call right away and I would go back to finish the deal. 2 hrs go by no call, I call him and he says "I don't know man, but I'll give you a call as soon as I hear something." I finished my errands and stopped by to see if any good news... he says "oh hey yeah, you got approved but I need you to bring some check stubs and a bill under your name." I said fine and left and came back right away excited because he said I got approved. I come back with everything and he looks at my paperwork and asks me to step outside to talk. My brother in law who I brought along as an advisor to get his opinion because he's purchased several bikes in the past and he purchased them there comes outside with me to hear what Ivan wanted to tell me by the way I introduced him to Ivan earlier when I had went back and Ivan asked me to bring the check stubs. Ivan turns around and looks at him and says "can I help you, you got any questions?"(as in what the hell are you coming over here for)

So Ivan decides to tell me to bring an extra 1,000 or else the deal couldn't go down, after he just told me an hour before that I was approved. I declined and walked out. I decided to come back and ask what had went wrong. At this time Ivan was at his desk with a few people standing around. He tell me "look dude that past credit is what really f'd you up" out loud. At that moment it he pissed me off because he made waste my time. He also made me go get all these things just to basically tell me I wasn't approved unless I put and extra 1,000 down or got a more pricier bike because he basically wouldn't make any money off the deal.

It sucks that I went through this waste of time. If you ever want to take a chance on them go ahead but just make sure they don't waste your time.

Stubbs Cycles was a great experience buying my first motorcycle as well as the first 600 mile service this past Saturday! Rob and Cole in sales were awesome as well as the other departments. I shopped around at different dealers including multiple Mancuso's and independent shops, and no one matched Stubbs for their friendliness, genuine attitudes, and customer service. Would buy from again and highly recommend!

I finalized my purchase of my bike yesterday. Stubbs cycles provided with me with exceptional customer service. If you go definitely ask for Leo, he worked tirelessly until I was approved. They make you feel at home, from Ivan to Jonathan to Eric an all the other employees. Also a huge thanks to Paul who was very informative. 5 star quality service!!!

I'm not an employee nor a paid reviewer , so with that said I can only describe Garrett and Paul as outstanding gentlemen and they must be great assets to Stubbs. They where knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional and made my motorcycle purchase very comfortable and smooth. I recently took my motorcycle in for service to have repairs done to my air ride, handlebars, check my fluids and oil change. The customer service in the service and parts department was outstanding! Tommy and his staff went beyond to explaining in detail what was going on with my repairs. These guys was so helpful to me with resolving any issues I was having. These guys gave me excellent service! Thank you to Tommy and the Service &Parts Department for outstanding customer service!
