Excellent shop! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They know their stuff and have been very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to go for high end audio and video, including custom installations. Everyone is super nice and not pretentious. I didn't feel like I wasn't worthy not spending tens of thousands of dollars. They were very easy to work with and really seemed to care. Their installer was very patient and careful around our house.

Stuart's has great equipment and a good showroom, but if you have to think about cost, I strongly recommend avoiding it. Also, they are knowledgeable and helpful about audio and video components, but they sell proprietary control systems that are barely competitive with the kind of thing you can get for under $500 at Apple (it does require a little thought and design on your part, but you could save $20,000 or so). So if you want controlling equipment for your home entertainment system and you're not one of the 1%, better look elsewhere.

I've always received honest advise & reco's from Stuart's. They've never tried to "sell" me, but rather listened attentively to what my objectives were, & offered thoughtful options & valuable advise. Stuart's service level is refreshingly above & beyond. Honest, knowledgable, valuable advise. They've earned my trust as a partner in Sound/AV. I value being moved by great sound. Stuart's has earned my trust & repeat business.

This place is the best they installed a home Theatre and it was amazing until the processor failed. They stood behind the product and I had to nothing. They handled everything picked the unit sent it back to the dealer got it back and re-installed everything. I do not know what I would have done without them. Their installers are the best very clean and explain everything what they are doing and are patient teaching me how to set up. I have never had such a great experience before HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best customer service. Wonderfully patient as I worked my way through what I thought I wanted. Finally landed on something completely different, but couldn't be happier.
