As a current employee of the company, I do not have anything negative to say. The leadership is extremely positive and always forthcoming with new changes, new tools, and advancements in the industry. I consider the company to be a leader in the Construction Industry. I have been impressed with the level of involvement from the Leadership and the Directors. Many employees have been here over 10+ years which speaks volumes to how they treat their people. The communication has been stellar between the departments and the company itself has an impressive portfolio of work with some very exciting projects that we all work on. Their headquarters is an absolutely gorgeous building to work in.
I have enjoyed working at Stronghold, full-time, for the past 7 years. I have worked my way through a variety of positions at the company. Started as a Marketing/Business Development Associate, worked as Executive Assistant, moved to Project Administrator, through to Project Manager and now as a Director of Business Development at the company. I feel that I have grown professionally at the company and that I have been supported by the company to continue my education. Stronghold worked with UCR Extension to allow, free of tuition, access to all employees to gain a Certificate in Construction Management. I was able to complete this certification along with others that opted into the program. The employees also run a Wellness Program and Charity Program that all employees are encouraged to participate in. I was able to be project manager on the build out of our new beautiful corporate office, which is a pleasure to walk into every day. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working at the company.
