Strock, Cohen & Zipper are the utmost professionals and get the legal work and closings done timely, correctly and with no drama. I have been a realtor for upwards of 20 years in Weston and never do I question their work, they add value at every step and get the work closed. We have closed easy transactions to ones where other title companies thought they would not - and they did! We worked and closed properties the potential of foreclosure, short sales, estate sales, complex title issues through the most bizarre situations to the easy cash close. I bring about 25 closing a year there while I have options and requests from countless others. In the seven or more years, 42 short sales and over 200 closings, I NEVER had to explain why the file did not close, had upset client, asked "where's the package" or a surprise at the closing table. If you are a realtor or done real estate transactions, think about that.
