Really friendly atmosphere with a holistic approach to practice. Highly recommend.

Good yoga studio. Several teachers. If you're looking for a challenging yoga practice, I recommend "rocket yoga", generally on Saturday around noon.
Clean and friendly studio. All teachers are offering options to challenge yourself and progress, when you feel like it.
Been going to this studio for 2 years now and didn't realise I hadn't written a review yet! Out of about 15 studios I've tried out in different parts of London since moving here (Camden, Islington, Hackney, London Fields, Shoreditch, Stokey and Dalston to name a few), this is by far the best one I've encountered. It's hard to even find a favourite teacher or time slot to attend, as you get so much variety from each class and never have the chance to get remotely bored while you're developing your practice.
One more reason why Yoke really deserves this 5* review (I'd give it 10* if I could) is because without a constant practice here, I would've never dared to think about (or let alone book myself into) a Yoga Teacher Training. I couldn't have done it without a community like the one I found here. Thanks to all of you at Yoke who made it possible!
Great location, great teachers. Totally recommend it!
My favourite yoga studio - with friendly & knowledgeable teachers - quality classes - thank you Lucy :)
After frustrating experiences and extortionate prices at the Life Center Islington (Although The Life Center North in Manchester is amazing), Yoke feels like a breath of fresh air. Lovely studio with friendly, laid back, welcoming & super pro teachers. Extra points to Kate and Mary who teach by far the most amazing vinyasa classes I ve taken there.
What a wonderful yoga studio. Lucy and Kate have created a space that is peaceful, welcoming and understated. Expect creative, demanding sequences at a calming pace. I always walk out sweaty and serene, no matter how I walked in. A gift to the Dalston neighbourhood.
Super cosy welcoming local yoga vibes. Especially love the Flow&Restore class and Sunday Yoga Brunch.
I had to leave a review for Yoke after trying out several different studios in the area, as it is just miles ahead of the others I've been to. The space is lovely, nice natural light and plants dotted around. All the teachers I've had have been amazing, quite challenging classes but I always feel great after. They have really good quality mats that you won't slip on. And the music is always spot on. I've booked via both MindBody and ClassPass and never had any issues, can 100% recommend.
