One guy who unloads trucks is very awsome! Would go back a million times if he was the only one to deal with. The big shot kinda rude.

Joe always does a great job on inspections with my clients. He does an excellent job explaining his findings so that my clients know exactly what they are dealing with. Very professional and timely with all his reports. I always enjoy doing a transaction with Joe and Stresscon, Inc.

Joe did the structural report for my home in 2017. Man that emailed report looked incredible and highly professional! But he didn't bring a ladder to the inspection to look up inside the attic. When I questioned this I was treated like that was such a silly question and he outright told me that he just didn't want to go up there, and he could "just tell" that it was fine based on other factors. I was frustrated but I was also an overwhelmed first time home buyer so I just paid him and moved on. I purchased the home and a ladder. The first time I got on the ladder old wood damage was IMMEDIATELY visible. No need to crawl around or be a professional, it was obvious. If we had simply LOOKED we would have known. Not only was I treated poorly, I paid for a service I didn't fully recieve.
