Brandi kept telling me (after calling her 3-4 times as I was getting no responses) that I will get a call when Steve will be coming out to get my survey done (in time for my closing) but no call came so I had to use another surveyor as the risk of them not showing up was too high. I emailed them to express my disappointment in their lack of service and received no response of any sort. Very nice people but don't know how to run a business.

For a survey and was told that it would take 2 weeks received an email from Steve saying he would have my survey in a week and since have never received my survey so basically they just wasted almost 2 months of my time.....
Just started using them in my law practice and so far they have been responsive and have gotten the surveys done in a timely manner
Terrible customer service and won't respond to calls or emails. They promised a survey in three weeks and I'm still waiting... 7 weeks later. When calling to ask for the status, the office assistant tells me that she will check with Steve and he'll call me back. Despite 3-4 emails to Steve and 3-4 phone calls, he has never had the courtesy to call back. Do not recommend at all.
Went to hospital with severe pain in lwr back they told me sorry u take meds already can't help no checking if got worse or xray or anything they r the worst hospital ever n I have good insurance I was scheduled for a surgery for my back but now I don't think so they r supposed to help those in pain the nurse was rude n condescending
