Met with Mr. Turner regarding about some probate issues and he asked me some basic questions. Thankfully he didn't keep me long as I had made the whole process in my out to be a big scary thing and he allayed my fears quickly. Had interactions with several employees including his assistant April I believe and all were very kind and courteous. These folks made it so I had to do next to nothing to transfer my father's home to myself and for me at this time of loss it was a very positive experience and I'd like to thank them for helping me so much.

Made an inquiry through the website. Was contacted a couple of days later. Had a real estate transaction that was heading south and needed a legal consult. Was advised that my call would be returned after passing the information along to the attorney. Never had my call returned and it has been over 3 weeks. Deal has since fallen apart.
