Strato's Greek Taverna Review

It's okay. Evidently, I'm not a huge fan of Greek food. I'm giving 3 stars, but only because of the slow service. We were there at lunch and it took forever to get our check.

What an absolutely fun experience! Delicious food, great staff!

Not satisfied the food was ridiculously overpriced and was not well we couldn't get out of there fast enough

Octopus, lamb chops, lentil soup, etc. All very good.
The bad, very expensive.

Greek burger is good, as well as the chicken lemonata. Lunch specials are pretty decent.

I love coming here for the food, drinks, entertainment and dancing.

Nice restaurant to your meals at. It has very modern facilities with certified chefs.

I ordered a chicken lemonatto and it was too greasy, I asked to have it replaced by a chicken grill if it was changed but the chicken was full of basilita from the grill they need to have more cleaning in their kitchen and for the prices they have it is very expensive for the little food quality

Loved it! Lots of screens, nice inside for a date. Some of the best Greek food I've had in the States.

Only gripe is service is slow.

Food wasn't great. The decor was a bit dated. The server lady was nice though. Maybe I should have researched enough.. there was a band there who tested their mic and equipment for 30 mins straight and I just wanted to peacefully eat my food. This may be a good place for fans of loud music but I couldn't still get past the food which wasn't great by any standards

Went for lunch. Had no idea it's a night club. Good food, though!!

I went with a group of 4 on a Tuesday night. We ate our four dinners on a table under a disco ball next to a big stage. This establishment seems to be more of a club or bar that serves food rather than a formal. Sit down restaurant. The menu had Mexican food, Greek food, seafood and was at least 15 or 20 pages long. The quality of food was pretty generic and nothing too special. I would not recommend this place for food or a nice dinner experience. If you are looking for a good party scene or a night at a Greek or Latina club then I think it would be a cool place to hangout. The staff were very nice. The bathrooms were pretty revolting.

This is my all time favorite resturant. There is not a thing I have tried here that wasn't great. I can't choose a favorite dish because, they are all great. They also have belly dancers, and music on certain nights and great drinks to go along with it all.

Really wanted to like this place and if you like gyros they are great, but they accidentally charged me $100 on a $25 bill. They paid the difference in cash because they didn't have a manager on duty to reverse the charge. Mind you, there were 2 tables occupied at the time and they still got our bills mixed. Then I went to the bathroom and the locks on the stalls are all broken and the toilet doesn't flush. Again, gyros are great here.

Hands down, my favorite Greek Food in Dallas!! Generous portions, Authentic, and very Fresh! They run lots of 50% off specials every week, even for dinner!

We go here for lunchtime workplace celebrations and the Greek food here is amazing. You see a lot of cops and locals here as well. I recommend the gyros plate and the lemon soup!

Their meceras do not give good attention, their mouth stinks and they are piles I do not recommend it

My lady and I loved it here. The lighting sets a calm relaxed mood... my only complaint to this is that the A/C could be turned down just a notch. It gets to cold at times.

The plates here are huge! It is cheap. The food was amazing! The mixed drink I got was non alcoholic and it was gross! I would recommend just a soda or a water.

Mexican booze and music?lamb chop well done? Come on really?

Nice sit down service with good Greek food.
The only problem is I don't eat meat, and told my waitress that and I was served a meat dolma.

I Loooooove Stratos!!!! My first visit was back in June & I have come back @ least twice per month!!! They have the best gyro I ve ever tasted!!! The meat is so tender & fresh!! & the kalamata olives on the Greek salad are soooo delish!!! & the fries.. OMG!!! I don t really eat fries, but theirs are BOMB!!! I CRAVE this place & all my friends have fallen in love with it too!! Treat yourself here!! U won t be disappointed!!

Awful. Gone down hill after all these years. And the prices have soared. It used to be a neighborhood favorite. Wont be back.

It is a very delicious place in food and drinks and the sow all very well and excellent wuuuao attention.

I d seen the commercials and this place lookedlime tons of fun, I passed by it, recognized it and turned around! Once you walk in it s super nice inside. I had the best waitress ever: Jennifer. It was all good from there! Unfortunately I didn t get the bartenders name because she took my signature drink and made it better than I ve ever had in my life before! Omg no words, other than the woman was a drink artist! SoCo, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice, and a tad bit of grenadine. Very easy to ruin this drink. Again, best I ever had. I will never order it anywhere else but Stratos. Ever. They definitely earned my business forever. Everyone was so friendly, I felt right at home. The owner should know his staff is nothing short of amazing!
