We had a great start with design process and pricing. The hole was dug October 1st with an estimated completion date by Thanksgiving. We are almost at Christmas and still have 2 significant pending issues.

Finally got the final permit from city approved last Friday after they had to come out twice before where the pool company received 2 Correction notices which could have been easily avoided if they would have done their job.

It becomes exhausting having to do constant follow up to have issues (which most could ha r been easily avoided) resolved.

We are looking into purchasing a pool. Had the contractor come out 28 days ago and have not heard back since. Left several messages with no return call back for an estimate. Very disappointed, looking into another company for an estimate for a pool

Family run business that is so easy to work with.....they were my 3rd quote...not only did they beat the other 2, they game with drawings and knew what I wanted after just a few questions on the phone.
