Strategism, Inc Review

Strategism as the name suggests they have very good strategy to train and place people who are enthusiastic about their future. They have good contacts in the industry and have helped their student get place very quickly. the courses they deal are very update and relevant to what market wants. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I got my PMP certification (June 2015) after going through 1 month course (12 class room sessions) in Strategism. Dr. Sam Swapn is an amazing teacher and mentor. All sessions were well planned and executed, overall it s been a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Strategism.

Our training was cancelled; they said they would provide a $50 credit (as a card) and have not replied; I have been emailing their contact and I keep getting the run around. I will update my review based on whether they respond or not! Not happy.

Great training on the management courses and had the certification on the CSM.

One of the best training classes I had been to. Definitely recommend this CSM course with Dr. Sam and Giora. I also took the PMP class from here and very good guidance provided.

Content and delivery was superb. The hands-on exercises were practical and useful.

Stay away from guy named Adam Miller. He will send you some information till you pay fees for the course you want to study and then disappear. He will not respond to any of your questions. Worst service ever.

Very professional staff, I taking business analyst from this training center, I love it, the way of instructor teach is amazing, which I can fully understand. This is great class to get certified with CSM. THE INSTRUCTOR AND THE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Sam is highly skilled with loads of experience in delivering real life examples to give a better understanding. I would recommended them highly.

I took PMP weekend boot camp (12/2-12/3 and 12/9-12/10) and Dr. Sam Swapn was the trainer. I'd recommend this center (especially Dr.Sam's class) if you are looking for a good center in Bay area. He has vast experience and his teaching style is unique (not lecture style) - very interactive, he connects with the students, gather inputs and covers each topic. Only at the end he pulls the slide deck to sum up everything covered in the class. And, I passed my exam on first attempt on 12/28. Coordinator Regina was very friendly and did a great job during registration, providing discounts (deals) and managing the logistics.

Overall, am very happy and satisfied to gain my PMP with Strategism being an integral part in my journey to certification.

*Flexibility of trainers to accommodate/extend sessions/ repeat topics based on student's request

It was very constructive and positive experience
This coursework added lot of value to my skill set and resulted in career growth.

I took the CSM certification class in San Jose with Giora and Dr. Sam and it was excellent - very interactive and fun! I would recommend this course to anybody wanting to further their knowledge and gain their Certified Scrum Master Certification.

A colleague and I wanted to ensure our success taking the PMI Project Manager Professional exam, so we enrolled with Strategism Inc. to attend Dr. Sam s training course. The class was as great experience, giving us the level of focus and detail that we needed to ensure success. Strategism s professional environment and accommodations combined with Dr. Sam s organized presentation of the material made preparation straight forward and effective. He is a great expert and mentor. Both my colleague and I passed the examination well over target and we both enjoyed the experience due to our confidence with the subject. A definite recommendation for anyone seriously preparing for the PMP certification.

Pros:
-Good location
-Fast, effective training
-Relaxed atmosphere and gracious accommodations (food, coffee, etc.)
-Generous flexibility, allowing students to re-take the course if they feel unsure about the material

Cons:
-Due to the overwhelming material load of the PMP, the class felt rushed at times.

Showing up late to class is not acceptable especially for the teacher. The teacher showed up on time maybe 10% of the classes. I asked a question about an example from the book he shared with us and did not know the answer and just brushed off the question. Again this happened when asked about reporting and forecasting, which are 2 of the most important features in salesforce. During the development portion of the course 2 times he was unable to run the scripts that he wrote. Again I feel this is unacceptable. The teacher should have written the scripts before the class to ensure that it would work. The bathroom key was stolen sometime during the course. It was not me who did it, but our class was accused of taking it. I don't know if it was one of my class mates or not, but no new key was made and we were forced to relieve ourselves behind the dumpster in the parking lot. Several of the classes were cancelled just hours before our scheduled meeting time even after confirming we would have class. Again this is not an acceptable business practice. We were told we were going to have the opportunity to build an application to help study for the adm test which we never did. They advertised 50 hours of instructions, but they only provided around 25 and a lot of that time was the teacher trying to figure things out in front of us. The teacher also bragged about pirating all his PDFs from pirate bay. I also know I paid more for the class than my other class mates (overheard them speaking about it) which made me feel ripped off.

- Targeted classroom exercise to go through SCRUM processes for a fictitious project, enables the test takers get hands-on.
- Added perk - yummy breakfast & lunch and snacks :)

Very happy and satisfied with teachings of Dr Sam. His teaching techniques are very much innovative and he is very energetic bringing lots of positive energy to the class. Very much satisfied.

Poor management!! They are keen in taking money and providing false promises to candidates in getting a job. Don't pay them until you have a guaranteed job from them. I know some people who were fooled by them and did not get refund for their money.

Overall Great Experience !
it was two day training with Dr. Sam and Giora Morein. It has well rounded training material with theoretical as well as practical activities in the class. I pass my Scrum Exam successfully.

This is the best place for working in IT industry. The senior management is so much supporting and let your career build in a very fruitful manner. There is a very healthy environment in the office. There is too much scope of learning and growing. I feel blessed to be part of Strategism.
