Shockingly poor customer service. Disinterested in rectifying mistakes made during construction. Scaffolding has been up at the front of my propery for over 3 months without once being inspected to ensure safety. Wrong parts order, timelines made up as they go along. Has put me off ever considering a new build property again, once you are in and outside of the warranty period you are clearly of very little significance as a customer to companies like Strata. Avoid

The picture below/above was found in my dogs mouth. The blade was thrown in by Strata's sub contractors or Strata's people themselves not sure who. But according to Strata it was the Wind! Yes the wind.....pssh
I have had too much trouble from start to finish and now even more 7 weeks after i have moved in.
Strata is too incompetent to be trusted with such an important responsibility of selling and building homes. These inexperienced, unqualified amateurs need to go back to the drawing board and start again!
It is disgraceful and scandalous how they can treat their customers with such poor behaviour and get away with it! How do they sleep at night?!
I should have gone with my gut and bought a house with David Wilson Home. The reason why is because I have not heard such bad reviews from them as of yet!
Great team, very forward thinking, really enjoyed a refreshing view on things.
Very disappointed with Strata. They have been let down by a few less-than-competent staff.
