The dental clinic has been amazing, pharmacy as well. It's the certain people who come there giving them a bad rap. Trying to start stuff or just cant help the craziness in their heads. But the people who work there in every department, even after a day of dealing with people yelling at them or just downright disrespectful, still go in every day trying to help people. It's a great place aside from some of the clients

It's great this place exists, especially the housing units. The logistics and management of the great care given by the medical professionals is however mediocre at best.

Trying to call and get basic information is an ordeal. Dealing with the in house pharmacy is at times worse than some of the illnesses that us patients at Stout street suffer from. Attention is given to riff raff scam artists just because they scream and yell the loudest.

Just because we are poor and some of us are homeless doesn't mean we should receive sub par assistance. Again I want to make clear, once one actually gets to the medical professionals they are wonderful and they really care about us. The management of this facility however run the place like we are an annoyance.

This facility can and should be run professionally.

We are human beings we deserve better.
