We originally worked with Z-Label, when they were purchased by Stouse, many parts of production and operations were streamlined with immediate positive results in production, service, and quality.
Many of our client's needs are filled by this production company, and we're very happy to have them here with us in Kansas where we distribute their locally made products.

Stouse's business model needs some changes and they are working to get to get there but they are still a bit behind the internet print on demand companies. That being said they have always delivered a excellent product and on time.

Stouse has always provided high quality products, and customer service is great!

Good product and service. First time ordering so I partially blame my inexperience, but the process was a little slow. The options I required, ultra tac adhesive and high durability were available but the information on the website didn't guide me to the desired product without a few phone calls and emails. I found the info in the catalog available online, I just couldn't find the desired options in the web store. Customer service was helpful and friendly and in the end I got the product I was looking for.

I have been a Stouse client with 3 different companies for close to 25 years, and I will say that mistakes are rare, and they always cover the mistakes if the mistake is their error. They've even given me a more than fair deal when the mistake was mine on re-prints. They are wholesale only, and as far as I know, they don't sell to my clients and never have. In 25 years, you'd know if they were not trustworthy.
