Staying at this hotel makes you feel like your in Europe. I love the architectural design , the structure and the lash grass at the center of the hotel. The rooms are solo spacious perfect for families. Staffs are polite and helpful

The place is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively old and needs some renovation. Room service (especially when you order food) is terrible. It takes them about 45 minutes to an hour to deliver your food. They need to improve on this.

The employees are not friendly and accommodating.. those buffet personnel are too strict l..

DO NOT STAY HERE --- HORRIBLE ROOMS -- DIRTY -- BAD FOOD -- BEDS ARE LIKE ROCKS -- NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED -- NEVER AGAIN

Stayed one night. Rooms are old and not well lit- needs updating - but clean. Hallways are a bit spooky. Same with the room. Wifi is not fast but decent enough to do my work mail. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We traveled around the world and this is the worst hotel we ever been. The air conditioning was very loud we to turn up the tv loud to be able to hear due to loud aircon. When we checked in the toilet was smell horrible and there was no toilet paper very old and dirty, shower is falling apart! No spoon for tea/coffee and bed is dirty dusty! Staff are not friend they never greet you and smile. Overall poor! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone it s not worth the price!

The place and the food is okay. But the building where our room was located is kinda old. The main door had holes and the bathroom shower was loose, the toilet flush was so slow and the floors were creaking. They only provided 2pcs of hangers in the cabinets when the room is made for 4 to 6 people. Also has one soap and one floor towel. No slippers and no hand towels. But the staff are very nice. So i gave it a 3 star rating. I think they are about to renovate the place. Not sure which buildings really but i heard there will be renovations. Thanks for the hospitality Stotsenberg! Pls make the fountain work. Love the Kalachuchi tree. Love the mess staff. God bless!

Place is nice, employees are friendly, so sad they will close on april 30 due to new owners(chinese), hope they take care of the place

Suitable hotel for an overnight stay. I arrived late at night and departed early morning, so I was unable to tour the grounds. The staff was friendly and the rates were fair. This was my first visit to the PI so I do not know what the standards are, but in the USA, I would have requested a refund.

This sprawling hotel covers around 3 hectares of land, and has amenities like swimming pool, multiple restaurants, bar, gym, outdoor dining, conference rooms, and room service massage. The bathrooms are large and spacious. The guests are well-taken care of by a large number of friendly, attentive, and very professional staff. Security is also great and taken seriously in this place. Thr proximity to the airport is a great plus. Most of all, the ambience is very countryside, quiet and relaxed. I'll definitely return here next time I stay overnight at Clark.

I believe that it is connected to the casino, Fortune gate, you need a stub to eat here. They serve buffet and the crew service is great. Thumbs up

Limited toiletries. Place is old, but renovation is on going. Bed not soft and too low.
