Love this place Doc Shane is the best! Smart, efficient, not overly expensive, and they're willing to work out a reasonable payment plan. Best experience in this field that I've had.

This is a small hospital. Save the time,drive to DesMoines for better care.

Billing department terrible. Sends bill when they feel like a few times out of the year instead of once a month like a normal hospital would. Instead they claim they send them in mail and send your bill to collections since your not paying on them. They have the same obligation as the person paying the bill. They have to send a bill to get paid.

I love Story County Medical & Dr. Palar is absolutely the most caring doctor I've ever had. The facility is stunning.

Misdiagnosed my child's scarlet fever for an everyday rash. If I had listened to the staff that treated my child. My child probably wouldn't be here. I am just glad that trusted my gut and got a second opinion.

Worst medical facility ever. This is where you go to die! there is no communication between doctors and nurses who think they can make whatever medical decisions they want. There is a constant atmosphere of lies to the patient all based around making sure they give you just enough care to bill for something, without ever helping you. It is a straight cash grab company interested in lining their pockets. If you want to live RUN AWAY! P.S. One star is as low as it goes, but does not begin to show the depths of their incompetence.

Do not waste your time on Rachel Fredericks. She doesn t care about patients and won t help you. I ve been seeing her for a little over a year and she has been just irritatingly useless. She constantly rescheduled appointments, for months! When I would see her and ask questions she was SO condescending! I ve not had a good experience with the staff at all. I was scheduled for an appointment with the cardiologist and waited and waited, turns out she forgot she had the appointment with me and wasn t even there. Don t waste your time with these people. I gave this place too many chances, save a trip and get better care elsewhere.

HE has a wonderful staff And is very thorough. He takes his time talking to me and answering any questions I have so I don't feel as though I'm rushed through. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor and highly recommend him!

Dr. O'Loughlin is AMAZING. I had never been to the hospital in Nevada. He took the time to sit and listen to my history, he made sure I knew he would take my seriously and that he would do the best he could for me. He ordered a test that found my results & we made a plan. I will not be going to anywhere besides Nevada in the future!
