Renee did an excellent job of explaining the products that Storm Smart provides for our application and gave us a number of options to consider. We plan on using this company in the next few months since we currently have shutters installed that will protect us for this hurricane season and are not in a hurry to schedule the work as described by Renee. She did not use a high pressure approach to filling our needs but gave us an excellent set of information from which to make our final choice. We were very satisfied with this visit so even though we did not choose to finalize a purchase that will happen shortly

Storm smart came through again. I had a screen installed 11 years ago. It was under warranty and they came out and replaced it free of charge. There was the labor charge but it was minimal. Excellent company great response. you can tell a company is good when the workers come and they're happy. They had nothing but good things to say about their bosses which speaks volumes to me.

I just recently received a quote from the sales representative to install a roll down hurricane screen on my lanai. I accepted the quote and now in the process of waiting for the next step. The sales rep, Mike, was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for the three star rating at this point is they stated it would be 16 to 18 weeks before installation. It's longer than I wanted but I received a lot of good referrals from friends that had Storm Smart do their installations. I will be updating this review as time goes on. The rating may go up or down based on the progress and service received. More to come.

Installations of hurricane screens! The techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installed the screens along with the app on my phone and showed me how simple it is to use the screens using the app.

Great product. Looks and works great. Installer, Bobby, was a perfectionist and worked quickly. I was a General Contractor and definitely would have hired him on my crew!

We recently purchased hurricane screens for our Port Charlotte home and found the whole process very well managed. Our salesman, David Franklin did an excellent job showing us the product line options and explaining the process. We are thrilled with the final product and especially love how easy it is to operate and the bonus of having indoor lanai space when the weather isn t perfect! We highly recommend Storm Smart!

Signed a contract in July for storm shutters with HOA approval in just a few days. Install date was moved 2 times, still waiting and it's the end of October......
