Our company worked hand in hand with Storm to integrate a top of the line wastewater treatment system to responsibly clean their process water before discharging it to the city sewer system. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with them. Fun, friendly staff, ownership and management that want to do the right thing for the environment, the community, and their customers! There is no question in my mind, why they are the industry leader in bowling products! Highly recommended!

Customer service through social media pages is terrible. Everyone is always so rude, acts like they're better than everyone else. I would feel embarrassed to think I had good customer service after the experience I had with someone through Facebook chat. Storm has seriously dropped the ball.

My experience with Storm is that they don't care about their workers. They make up for it by shoving food down your gullet. They work you from 5am or 6am until whatever time you get done to 3-5pm. They keep adding extra workload onto people and not providing good medical to make up for the physical destruction of your body.
They care only about the product, but don't realize that the more people work, the less people care.
They used to not work people Friday so it would usually only be 40 hours a week. But now they push their workers to Fridays as of 2016. They want us to work Saturdays and are adding even more balls to our daily work. They also do not rotate their workers from repetitive jobs. They keep everyone in the same spot for over 6 hours a day. So while most people get the easier jobs, some are forced to have unfair physical pain to deal with for the rest of their lives.
While they are upping workloads and numbers they do not raise our pay or benefits to make up for anything.
I do not recommend anyone work at Storm.
They were very wonderful at one point in time, but have lost the respect of most of their employees because they have forgotten what has made them so great to begin with.
I have sustained permanent damage to my body and I know many others who also have. None of us are able to get the medical help we need for this job .
