I love this gym! They have great classes and a weight room for women. Towels are provided and the showers have changing areas built in. My favorite is the Zen room with a hydromassage machine!

I like working out here. It has all the standard equipment you need to lift weights and pack on muscle. It is chill. Some of the equipment is old but it is a gym so who cares as long as it works.

After a short tour, I knew this was the gym I'd been looking for. Lots of treadmills and ellipticals, a large variety of machines and large area for free weights. A half court, outdoor basketball area was a nice surprise, too.

Smaller gym, not crowded when I go between 5 & 7. They have a women's only area which is nice, and staff is very friendly. Price is slightly higher than larger gyms I think. But I like it a lot!

Great gym. Feels like a family. I've worked out her for almost 20 years and regardless of what anyone thinks of the equipment; put in the work hard and it will transform your body. I've seen people who have been coming in for YEARS and their body has not changed any! Just be creative. It's a great gym!

So I will say that this gym does have relatively decent equipment and they keep the place very clean. Their management staff/sales/customer reps are just a nightmare to deal with. I have been trying for months to cancel my "membership" and I kept getting the run around. I was told 1 thing 1 week, another thing the next week. It's been months of a hassle trying to deal with them. They've also threatened me with late fees. Thing is, I was not under a contract! I was just paying month to month. Yet they demanded I gave them 30 days notice that I no longer wanted to use their gym. How does that make sense?

I've been going back and forth back and forth with them to get them to leave me alone. I've even had to call my bank directly to stop payments there. The gym claimed I signed paperwork agreeing to their 30day notice to cancellation, but when I requested they show me the paperwork for that, they just couldn't provide it. Funny that. Then they have the nerve to tell me, during the covid outbreak, to come down to their gym to cancel and settle matters. I'm not doing that.

And just to show that's not all that is the issue, I have a lady friend who used the gym before, same issues as me, and said they removed their ladies only area. So that's just the cherry on top I guess.

Feels like it's run by a bunch of con artists.

Stopped in since they are partnered with local hotel for a workout as a gym owner myself I throughly enjoyed myself. I love the old school nautilus equipment. Everything was clean and in working order and staff seems polite too

Just gave them a call to find out their membership prices since there were none on the website. They wanted my full info before they can share their price information. After I refused to share he just simply hang up the phone

I worked out here for about two years, and loved it. I only left because I moved.

It was exactly what I was looking for out of a gym honestly. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the free weights section had just about everything I needed (for squats/deadlifts/weighted chins/Bench Press/Dumbbells etc.). I never experienced anything negative from other gym goers, it was always very positive. The locker rooms are very nice too. I never took part in them, but they offer a ton of classes, and have a lot of cardio equipment if you're looking for that as well.

EDITED to 1 Star: I have been going here for years and have never had an issue until I needed to cancel my membership due to starting a new job in a different area. I paid my membership through out the pandemic and was told I would receive a credit when the gym reopened. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership and instead of receiving a credit of any sort anywhere, they kept charging me money. When I called they said they I didn t qualify for a credit and I was going to be billed an additional 30 day cycle and $15 cancelation fee on top of everything I have already paid. It s June 15. I haven t entered the gym since the last week in February because of the mandatory state shutdown and pandemic. The fact that I have still been charged and then up charged baffles me. I will never recommend this gyms again.

Previous 5 star review: I ve been attending for about 4 years and enjoy the atmosphere. I go three days a week for about 90 minutes and it s usually not busy at all which I like. They do have childcare at an additional cost.

the equipment is good and the staff is very kind but it is the people that made me quit my membership and switch to 24 Hour Fitness. I catch their regular/daily members taunting and laughing at people who are out of shape while they work out and I was disgusted by this. these people are trying to improve their health and possible their self-confidence and you have these people laughing at them. Rude & unacceptable! I'm so sad at not returning here because the owner and his staff were so great but the members were absolutely terrible.

Staff and manager need better people skills ... ho...

Staff and manager need better people skills ... how are they still in business? I'm looking to move to a new club with more free weights. Went for a visit, they wanted me to provide all of my personal info (address, phone, DOB, etc) before even giving me a tour or discussing fees. I provided name and emergency contact/phone (in case I trip during tour?) but didn t want to provide more details until ready to join. The manager intervenes in a condescending way ... "no, we need all of your information or this won't work". No patient explanation, just rudeness to a potential new customer (and interaction between manager and workers wasn t much better). I only wanted to get a tour and find out about options, why should I give out all of my details? I don t support businesses with that level of rudeness. The whole 10-15 minutes I was there, NOBODY welcomed me, smiled at me, or introduced themselves to me. Place looks a little old and run down and I guess they have more members than they need. Totally different, warm, inviting experience at Anytime Fitness 5 mins later.

Came here as a guest with a coworker. It is a nice facility but a bit too warm for me. The staff were extremely nice but the members are so rude. I heard some of them making fun of a woman who was over weight. Clearly she was trying to lose the weight but they didn't care. If it weren't for the members I would definitely get a membership.

Excellent, old school gym. The gym has a great feel when you come in that makes you want to train hard. Towel service which most gyms no longer have, and the gym is open on time in the morning. I use the term "old school" because of the steel and cast iron weights versus many new gyms that use a lot of weights with pullies which changes the weight. Here, if you can lift it, you are doing it for real.

If you want to train hard, this is the gym to do it in.
