Otr Drivers..Check in at Guard Shack provide pu# starting with 138# provide phone number and wait in line open doors of the trailer. Guard will call when a dock is open. Go to assigned dock#. Slide the tandems to the rear and chock tires. Get paperwork and seal. Wait at the dock at the back of the trailer while being loaded. Leave one door open door for the guard shack. Check out the Guard Shack provide paperwork and gate pass. Pull up on the scales to scale the load. Pull up with steers stop pull up on the drives stop then the trailer tires stop. Guard will get up in the trailer to count the load. Sign paperwork and get scale ticket. Took 2 hours to get loaded.

Long check in process. Half hour per truck at gate. Guard barely spoke above a whisper so that you could get instructions on getting loaded. Have to stand inside while getting loaded, when you could be resting, doing paperwork or any number of other things. They have a red light green light system. USE IT! Staff was friendly overall but the check in and loading process could seriously use some streamlining.

7 docks with trucks in them, one forklift loading. No on-site parking, of course, so don't come here late in your clock and expect it to be a hit-and-run.

appointment times are irrelevant, shipping office people are indifferent at best, blatantly rude at worst. Plenty of signage restricting driver access all around, due to covid... But not a single employee with a mask, or practicing social distancing.

Might just be one of those days, but it's enough of one of those days that I hope to never have to drive through this gate again.

The reason for you to be inside is that the person loading can successfully load and give the driver the his paperwork after the trailer is done.

Fast load in and out in about an hour. You have to stand inside while loading but they have stools to sit on.

Make sure to listen to their instructions and be kind to the office staff and the loaders or you could find yourself in for a long wait at the loading dock.

I got certified for large-format porcelain tile installation here and also got a tour of the plant to see how all their products are made and it was a very knowledgeable and cool experience!!! They make very high quality products and all of their staff are very respectful and professional about everything they do! I would definitely recommend any dealings with this place to any friend family or associate of mine on any given day!!! Again I will say they are very professional and respectful and everything they do!
