Natalie Morris helped me with my mortgage and she was so helpful, could not have done it without her. She was pro-active in corresponding with the lender and my solicitors, and is so friendly. So lovely to have such a patient, organised, efficient person looking after you during such a stressful time. I would recommend to anyone. Ryan was the mortgage advisor working with Natalie and between them they helped us through various issues, thank you to you both.

The support we have received from Compliance has been excellent and the financial promotions team and quick to approve sales literature. I have dealt with this company for over 23 years and in that time they have arranged 2 mortgages for myself and an equity release mortgage for each of my parents. In addition they recommended that I took out life and critical illness insurance for which I am grateful as when I suffered a heart attack the critical illness paid out and relieved any financial pressures I may have felt. A top class firm offering top class service.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company. Does not treat employees with any respect or dignity, and actually stands behind management conducting unlawful practices towards staff members. Unfortunately due to the resources available and their disposition to create evidence to refute claims there is no point in attempting to address the issues that they create. Hopefully one day someone with the capital at their disposal to mount proceedings against them will actually be able to do some good and stop this firm from continuing to operate in the manner in which they do. Am limited to putting 1 star, which is generous as it is.

I would strongly recommend that you do not join this company. They all appear very 'nice' on the surface but really underneath they are very nasty and cruel.

It also enables us to review future opportunities as fixed rates come to an end providing a constant flow of new leads
