My girlfriend ordered a PlayStation 5 from StockX for my birthday. We went with StockX over Ebay, as we liked that StockX verifies that items are legit before shipping. The next day we got email confirmation that StockX had received the PS5 from the Seller. It took StockX a week from when they received the item to verify the item. 11 days later and we still have not received confirmation that the PS5 has shipped. In all fairness, we are still within the scheduled delivery dates/range that StockX provided. But we figured the delivery date was overestimated, as it is contingent upon the seller providing the device to StockX. How hard is it to ship something once you have received it? We would not recommend this site if you're looking for quick turnaround and to purchase electronics. However, the site still may still be useful if you're purchasing something that can be fake or counterfeit.

I purchased a pair of dead stock Nike M2K Tekno pink foams from StockX. My overall experience in one word, stress free. Yeah I know that's two words. I didn't have to worry about authenticity due to StockX taking care of that for me RISK free. I've read reviews that users feel the logistics of the whole process takes too long. I disagree. If StockX is making sure what is being shipped to me is legit, I'm willing to wait an extra few days. And let's be honest, we know some Ebay users take way longer than they should. I made my purchase on Thursday 5/17 like around midnight. Considering the weekend and Memorial Day (UPS does not ship on Memorial Day), my package made it to me on Tuesday 5/29 in less than a week. No complaints! I will definitely will be shopping with StockX in the future.

Great website to sell or buy shoes. I used to sell on eBay. So many problems. Never know if your buying authentic or is the buyer is trying to play games. Cheaper to sell on StockX and they pay out immediately. I can t think of a better way to sell shoes.

If they don't want to answer you they don't.i got my order cancelled due to a protocol and I emailed to clear it up but, with a bunch of unanswered emails it seems they don't care. Please don't waste your time here.

I encountered a number of issues when trying to bu...

I encountered a number of issues when trying to buy a PS5 via StockX as a Christmas gift, but I'll focus on the facts and not things like the quality of their (poor, slow) customer service:

* I ordered and paid for a PS5 on December 10. I tracked the order's progress daily through their system, and manually, as I only received email notifications when the seller shipped and the order arrived at StockX.

* The seller shipped to StockX quickly, and while it took longer than I'd like, the PS5 successfully made it through all stages of the verification process.

* Prior to Christmas, the order was in "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" status, with "Delayed" later added to that status. That means the PS5 was verified, packed, and ready for the shipper to pick it up.

* Mysteriously, on December 28, I received a notification from StockX that "there was an issue on our end that prevented us from fulfilling the order" and they issued a full refund that I had at no point asked for. This was 18 days after I ordered and was charged for the PS5, 13 days after the order arrived at StockX, and 7 days after I was told it was packaged and ready to ship, and that UPS should be picking it up in 1-2 business days.

* When I pointed out that I had at no point requested a refund, and that I was trying to get it to the recipient as soon as possible, I was told there was nothing that could be done and got a variety of strange excuses, including one that blamed UPS: "As soon as you reached out for an update on your order we reached out to UPS for more insight where it was determined that UPS encountered issues when scanning in your package from this particular pallet." I reached out to UPS, and they denied this was the case.

* Once I reached out to Corporate, I received an email from a senior agent who apologized and said I'd received misleading information, and there was nothing they could do because they issued a refund and no longer had my funds (again, at no point did I request or authorize that!). He offered me a credit on a future order and to be there with me "every step of the way" on the process for a new order, but wouldn't give me any assurances about when a new order would arrive.

This strange sequence of events and lack of transparency leave me no choice but to believe the following:

* I paid for an item.

* The seller fulfilled their end of the deal.

* StockX was in the process of fulfilling their end of the deal when that "internal issue," which I can only think means the PS5 package was stolen internally, occurred (did it get run over with a forklift and destroyed? What else could have happened?). Look, things happen. But instead of trying to regain my trust by, say, offering to verify and ship a new unit within 1 business day of receiving it from a new seller, they merely offered me a $100 credit if I wanted to do business with them again. That won't be happening.

StockX says "The foundation of StockX rests on trust, transparency, and being legit, in everything we do." This process was not legit, was not transparent, and they permanently lost my trust.

My over $400 order was supposed to arrive on 07/23. It is a birthday gift. I have yet to hear anything about them since I placed my order. It says they have been en route to stockX for weeks now. I have tried FIVE times to contact customer service over a week span and I have got not ONE response. Never again will I order from stockX. Now I have NO birthday present for someone special and I am out of $400 without a word from customer service. Extremely angry & disappointed.

I am an old head and a girl and finding dope shoes was always a struggle until I found your site. I love the fact that your site is based off of a stock market concept - it's like you combined my favorite things - sneakers, LV goods, and stock market functionality. The best place for authentic sneaker cops by far!!

I would think twice before you order from StockX - they will take your money but try to get an answer from them nobody's home... No way to run a business.

Were told they were verified and that buyer received item (they even sent us the tracking number) Now they won't release funds saying they are backed up and still trying to verify items. They send the same automated email and no place to call. DO NOT sell or buy from this company.

3rd sales on stockx and I actually started to use the app on 8/15. Payment was quick or instant once it's passed authentication and process was easy. Once you made a sell just print out your shipping label and shipped them to stockx and you can wait for your payout. Saw some good deal for purchase and definitely will purchase from them knowing that the product is gonna be authentic and verified.

Ordered a pair of shoes from stockx on July 25th. Reached out on august 1st because they still showed that they were waiting for seller to ship (seller is supposed to ship within 48 hrs according the website. 3 days later they emailed me back (they have no working phone # and no live chat) and said they had an issue with the original seller and had a new seller sending them in and they would be there on august 5th. The status of my order then changed to en route to stockx. On July 7th I emailed them again because the status had not changed and they said the shoes would be there by the 5th. The got back to me a few days later and said they had my shoes and they were going through authentication. Finally on July 18th I emailed them and and told them I wanted to cancel my order because it still showed en route to stockx on my order status and I had not heard from
Them. Finally, after threatening to cancel my order they shipped on the 19th. The tracking shows they will be here by 9pm on the 21st. We will see.

Long story short, I Read a Reddit thread that had many people saying that they threatened to cancel their order and the next day the item shipped. I tried that and it worked.

I have a few experiences with StockX and I have been very satisfied. This last transaction I had was the absolute best:

I shipped a pair of shoes I sold with the wrong tracking number (it was for a previous shoe I sold), I reached out to their support via email explaining the situation.

They communicated with me with a timely response for 2 days to resolve my mistake. It qas fixed with ease as they allocated the right shoe, with the right order number.... leaving myself a happy seller and Im sure the buyer would be satisfied as well.

What a great experience buying a Louis Vuitton handbag with Stockx. The bag was in such great shape (literally new) that I was shocked . But everything checked out as I compared it with LVs I've bought at the LV store . Customer service is great and they respond promptly . The first bag I bid on turned out not authentic (cool thing about Stockx is they authenticate everything in house for you so if the seller sends a fake they deal with them not you, second bag wasn't in Stockx standard condition, but third time was the charm) . If you are in a rush maybe not the best option but if you want that special purchase you can definitely rest easy with Stockx !

Beware! I received shoes that didn't even match, left shoe was bent, looked crazy. Customer service basically said "Sorry about your luck, you can sell them back through us (so we can make more money off of you!)." PayPal ruled that the shoes were significantly flawed, yet StockX permanently deactivated my account despite me following instructions and sending the shoes back. If the shoes were not significantly flawed as they claimed, why couldn't they just make a good customer (buyer AND seller whom they've made over $200 in fees off of!) happy, sell the shoes and keep it moving? That was a rhetorical question however, as they know they treated me like a piece of trash and didn't want to go through the trouble of trying to sell a pair of significantly flawed shoes to someone else. Worst customer service experience of my life.

For the most part my experiences with StockX have been great minus my recent purchase which i had to return because of flaws on the kicks. When I did reach out to StockX about my issue their customer service team resolved my issue quickly with no hassles. Otherwise they would totally get a 5 star rating instead of 4 stars.

When I reported the problem i was advised that they will not investigate or compensate a shoe that was worn. The shoe condition and authenticity is supposed to be verified before it gets to the buyer. This clearly did not happen. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Buying from the site was easy. Unfortunately when I received my shoes in the mail the box was damaged. Not a big deal for a basic pair of shoes...but I paid a lot of money for a limited edition pair of Jordan 4 X. I would expect the box they arrive in to NOT be smashed. When I filed a complaint they sent me a $20 off my next purchase code. That didn t make me feel very good. What if I want to resell these limited edition Jordan s back on StockX? Will they accept the damaged box? I don t think so.

Placed an order December 18th. They took the funds out of my venmo, but didnt complete the transaction because they stated it was flagged for fraud. I then had to verify a couple more things for my account to be active. At that time I made another transaction, which is currently being shipped). However this is day 11 since they cancelled my order and I still have not recieved my $279.01 refund. Their email correspondence is terrible. I emailed them yesterday(Monday, would not expect replies on the weekend) in regards to this matter with still no reply. I have venmo disputing the transaction now for me.

After I shipped my shoe to them then it what happened: I received UPS shipment massage from APP, it showed they received the package, that s why I dropped the drop off receipt. I contacted with UPS and they said they don t need receipt to do investigation. I don t know why your guys taking too long to solve my case. And first time when I reported to you, your team member told me a different story, that they said you did not received package! Also it is unbelievable if your side did not report if you only received box without shoes in there!

After reading the other reviews I was a bit worried to purchase shoes off the site. However if it were my business I d want someone to give me the benefit of the doubt. So I did just that and ordered a pair of the newly released, Nike Reverse Duck Camo Air Max 90. I took a major L trying to snag them when they dropped so StockX was my fall-back plan. I just received my shoes yesterday and I couldn t be happier with the whole process and end result. After I placed the order it took the seller a bit longer than required to ship the shoes to StockX. My anxiety already being what it is I freaked and sent an email to customer service and they promptly replied to me within 24hrs (that is something I expect especially after working for another Dan Gilbert Company) if I send an email in reference to business currently being transacted upon I expect a response in 24hrs. There was zero issue with their response time and professionalism. They told me the seller was past the shipment window and they d gladly get me to another seller for the same price of the shoes and no additional charge to me. Before I could respond the original seller shipped the item so all was good! I did email them again about the long shipping time from seller to StockX once I knew the item was shipped from the seller (because it had been about 4days with no arrival to their authenticity center) but again StockX responses time to me was maybe 30min!!! I ve ordered a Supreme shirt and these shoes on the site and I would do-so again without hesitation.

I have spent a ton of money with stockx. Not again though. My last 2 purchases arrived damaged. The sole point of a service like stockx is to check for condition and authenticity. The items should have never passed their "inspection". After contacting them multiple times they sent a label for me to return the poor contained items. The next week I received the EXACT same items, still damaged, and poorly thrown into a different box. After contacting stockx again they refused to stand behind their only purpose and offered me a $20 discount on my NEXT purchase. $20 is not the point and I refuse to purchase from this scam company again anyways. WARNING! - Research stockx before you waste your hard earned money.

"New" Jordan 3's arrived damaged and then started showing other signs of wear and tear without me even putting them on. Customer service was proactive at taking no action, so at least they've started becoming more "responsive"...overall a shocking unwillingness to stand by their quality control.

Trash. StockX is an example of everything wrong with e-commerce structured companies. They charge a premium to be the go-between for buyers and sellers however their system is broken. They do not guarantee delivery of your item within any reasonable timeframe, Covid or no Covid. I ve been waiting one month for a pair of sneakers that I ordered in July. I wanted to wear them during the summer but I guess that s not going to happen. This isn t the first time. About a year ago I waited over a month for a pair of Jordans only to see the price drop before my pair arrived. Told myself then, never again. This time I mean it.

In my 44 years on earth I have never dealt with a worse customer "service" department. It's the year 2020 and this company has no live chat nor a phone line to call in to. All communication is through email and responses are rarely if ever same day. Problems and mistakes made by StockX are not dealt with or rectified in a timely manner, and the customer is treated like a second class citizen. Terrible experience. This is all coming from someone that is in the 98% for amount of purchases and value of those purchases. The first issues I had and they were dealt with as poorly as could possibly be dealt with.

P.S. Don't reply with your generic "visit our contact page so we can rectify" because you don't actually mean it.
