I can't remember or recollect going there ....but will give them a chance

Most of my career has been working on the side of the client therefore I have always been involved in the procurement and selection of high level security officers.

All I ever wanted was a company who said what they meant and meant what they said but this was as rare as the Dodo!

It was unattainable and sadly, I resigned myself to mediocrity until I found Paul Jacomb and his company STM.

I will not labour on this point however I have to tell you that if they shake your hand on a promise or a deal.

They will deliver!

0* this bogus company is disgusting do not work for them. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They deserve to be shut down. They will call you on your day off to ask you to work. Management is so poor. Went to two days induction which is unpaid. At the interview stage they give you a consent form to sign regarding your uniform, do not sign it because if you do they will fine you if you don't return your uniform when you leave the company. Shift schedulers will not listen to you. Absolute disgrace. Do not waste your time with them.

The company is a complete scam!! My partner attended the induction with them which was unpaid, I found it odd but he really wanted this job. He was interviewed by a man that goes by the name Leonard everything sounded perfect and just want he was looking for.. Minimum 30hrs a week and he would be working at stations in his catchment area as they do not offer free travel which he accepted. Since getting the contract with STM he was only getting 6hrs a week work and he later found out he was more like a relief guard everything promised in the interview was never for filled!! You try to contact HR and any relevant people and they do not return calls till he finally had enough and chose to leave himself as he was not earning know where near enough to support our family and rent. On his last pay they took a substantial amount for the uniform which is absolutely disgusting he could have returned it for the next poor individual looking to be employed by STM.

As far as transformations go, you would barely recognise STM from when I joined the family, almost 1 year ago.

The results the business has seen in individual contracts in this time and awards won such as supplier of the year 2020 and business of the year 2020 are firm measures of this.

This is only the beginning. Looking forward to the onward journey.

STM cleaning services are of very high quality, with regular management audits to check safe working and risk assessments , stock replenishment & work schedule consistency

Avoid This Company you ll only get used and Abused company run by people that do not know how to speak fluent English

Obviously this doesn't reflect all staff, but most are inadequate jacket fillers who barely know customer service. This one guy keeps trying to get free travel on a public transport service with his STM ID card and playing it like he doesn't know it's not valid for that travel. Regular guy that keeps coming and trying it on with the station staff, and he's rude about it too. Those that work in the National Rail station are thick as.

Shady and dishonest. Do not work for them, that's all I can say.

useless and incompetent stuff (Am referring to the girl in the reception), she has no clue...what a rubbish experience, to see and meet those creatures.

Watching STM staff working at my local station on South Western Railways, they seem to spend all their time lounging around at the barriers, playing with their mobile phones. Can anyone tell me what precisely they are paid to do?

Your staff are useless!! Due to an overhead wire trains to Clacton-on-Sea been cancelled so I just tried to change my ticket to southend at Brentwood station, your staff Banik told me he can't do it and I should go to romford, when I've told him he can do it he start shouting and telling me he can't do it as he doesn't know how to do it as he haven't been trained by STM group to do it. You shouldn't hire imcopented people and not provide them enough training as you're wasting our time!!

Is not possible recruitment company to take money for nothing.The biggest crooks who have the courage to tell me that I will take my money back if I win in court.The name who told me that is Ivan Hryharyan.This guy make a fake contract.Please people don't believe them!!!

They're bad for every kind of admin and human resources aren't much better. If you want holiday you'll need to basically beg for it and when you do finally take it they'll forget to pay your holiday wages... Avoid them at all costs! Took them 4 months to give a reference to my new employer this year, they required my permission ! There's a first for everything...

Poor management. Shoddy employer. Wages always wrong.

At the beginning of April I got asked to go for an interview with the company by a guy called Rafai, regarding a customer service job with south western trains, they took all my valid ID like passport ect, they then offered me the group to which I excepted but you have to do a training course which is unpaid for and your travel is unpaid for at the same place as the interview! But I really want the job so I agreed. To which I got a confirmation email to say I got the got the job and my ID will be passed on to HR and I would be given my training date. I m a british citizen and have had multiple jobs before so it wouldn t have been an issue. I waited 2 week and emailed this Rafai guy again and he never replied. 4 weeks later I emailed again and no reply. The company made me to lose out on jobs as I wanted to take this job and I still haven t heard back. Very unprofessional and odd that they have copies of my ID....

STM have gone through major changes in the last year and as a business it was having its difficulties, however with a completely new management structure in place it is going places and now has a real emphasis on the care of its frontline staff as well as full engagement with clients.
