We are residents of Palladium Residence. Take off the train for good, because you killed us for days. The noise is infernal, it can be heard in houses with closed windows. The engines go to maximum, and the train maneuvers non-stop 3-4 hours only in front of the neighborhood, not transporting anything.

I do not know what it does and how well they are tuned to the environment, but it is clear that the pollution is enormous. Near this factory is a whole neighborhood in development that is affected.

For the hominids who support the "development" and attack the demolition of the factory because it got rid of Romania's debts. Dear hominids, have you heard of urban development? Does the fact that you gave me an apartment "in the city" mean that we are no longer developing the city? The factories are still moving, they are not being abolished! This is done all over the world, as it happened with the Policolor factory. The STIROM factory will move in the coming years, it will not stay because the real estate interest is huge.

I also leave this review for the disabled who want to demolish this factory just because they took their apartment in the "residential neighborhood" overlooking the factory yard.

This factory was built before your parents met or maybe even were born.
You are the only culprits who have agreed to buy your apartment in a block of flats built on an industrial platform.

There should be more factories and more industry in the area, to raise the sector economically, to be stronger than sector 1 and with pepper.

I'm sorry for those who are bothered by this factory and give small reviews in vain, maybe if they looked out the window they saw that the factory was there ..... and if they had more than 2 neurons they took apartments 200 m away they were in trouble.
So if they tacitly accepted the low-priced apartment and the furnace in front of the window or the railway ... they would still remain "silent".
