John Hagg is a seasoned lawyer with a big heart to help people in need. He kindly listened to our case, and offered to help with all the possible outcomes upfront. Much appreciate his help and enjoyed conversing with him. We wish him all the best and looking forward to do any future business with him. Thank you.

As a business owner, I ve used Stillman for multiple corporate and real estate transactions. Our primary contact has always been Shannon Kinsella, who has been outstanding at taking care of our needs and providing the legal advice necessary to make wise decisions. I ve also had the pleasure of meeting a number of the other attorneys in the office, and have been impressed with them thoroughly. I highly recommend this firm, and in particular Shannon Kinsella, for anyone s corporate or real estate needs.

The frontdesk staff in this office is horrible, made us feel like a nuisance. We came in one time, chat a little bit about why we were there, we showed up 30mins prior to our appointment, she tried to fit us in, thanked her for that, but she dismissed us right away, didnt even looked at us,didnt asked us to sit down. We sat ourselves down, and came the legal assistant who was not very accomodating either. We understand theyre busy but they work in customer service you would think theyd at least sit you down when you come in and walk you through the process. Christopher Hoose, the lawyer was very nice and thorough.

This place is a joke. Received a demand letter by email, noticed it later that evening and wanted the demands met in less then 24hr notice, letter looked so unprofessional I thought it was fake. Called twice to speak with person who wrote it, called twice leaving messages still haven't heard back. They try threating me within the Demand letter, and make many false allegations. I Never even heard of this firm until I recived the email. After reading it I can see why. Don't waste your time and money.

Shannon is a rockstar! When a complicated business opportunity came along she took great care to ensure that all areas were covered and free of any potential road blocks and was tenacious with the sellers lawyer to get the deal done in a timely manner. Thank you so much Shannon. I highly recommend this lovely lady for all your corporate law needs.

Shannon Kinsella is great to work with. We have a family business that needed to be looked at and restructured. A family trust was set up and the process was smooth. My family was over the moon with the service that Shannon provided and now always ask me how she is doing. If you need any corporate law advice, please do yourself a favor and see Shannon Kinsella at Stillman LLP.

The process to purchase property can be quite stressful. The office of Stillman LLP can make it even more stressful. As a new home owner I was not familiar with the process and the level of demand it would take even months after. I can only speak of one particular lawyer and his office at Stillman so I am unsure if the other lawyers offer the same level of service. As a new buyer and customer I thought I was going to be provided education on what to expect and how to manage without the process being stressful. The lawyer's assistant of this office was the main issue with my experience. It is fascinating how one component of customer service can ruin the entire experience. The assistant is dismissive, inconsiderate and rude. The in person experience started with reviewing documents and signing the documents for the property purchase. Communication via email is done up to this time. The assistant is quite short both via email and phone call. My main issue started after I took possession. It started with the seller requesting me to pay back some funds they over paid. Not my fault, but decided to help. The lawyer's Assistant sent me an email saying to go to the bank and get a certified check. This is an inconvenience to me both in time and financially since I had to take time off work to get the check mailed to the seller. However, I wanted to get it all done and cut ties with the seller. The experience did not end there. The seller then reached out through the Lawyer's assistant again months after taking possession to request I sign a document due to an overpayment in property taxes. Again not my fault. The assistant contacting me and sounded quite demanding to just sign and complete the process promising again that the process would end after that. I at this point am stressed, feel disrespected and insulted because yet again my lawyer's office is dismissing me and acting like I am not a valuable customer. The Assistant went even out of her way to demand that I sign the documents saying "just a signature". However, my experience so far has been awful with her and the office so I pushed back. I asked them to end these ties with the seller and get them to fix their own issue not on my time or money. The Assistant then referred me to the lawyer because I was being difficult. The lawyer then called me to discuss in a calm way and explain the process. I shared my frustration with the service I was getting. We made the decision that we would stop the process and let the seller handle it. One month passes and the lawyer is calling me yet again about the same issue. I have had enough at this point and decided to end the process by authorizing him to sign the document. I then request that my Lawyer's office never contact me again. In summary, make sure your lawyer's office knows about your needs and stand up to yourself. As a customer you deserve some kind of respect. I unfortunately did not get that here.
