The worst customer service experience of any bank I've ever dealt with. It's unbelievable really.

I highly recommend Tom Merriman at Stifel Bank and Trust for a home mortgage. Tom is very knowledgeable, fair, honest and reliable. If you are purchasing a home you should do yourself a favor and call Tom. I've even referred him to family members with less than perfect credit because Tom has programs for them and has helped many in the same situation.

Had to call HQ AGAIN. This bank often stops mailing my mortgage invoices. (6 times in past 5 years). I asked for the mailing PO Box address, it took 15 minutes and 2 different operators for them to tell me where to send my mortgage payment. ridiculous!
