These guys are the wrap gods! They are the only ones that I let touch my show vehicles! My last wrap lasted 5 years. Not many shops can do wraps that last that long without fading!
This review is backing up the last 1 star. Since Luke wants to be in denial about no such customer profile I've added the phone call of the only sticker dude in Lake in the Hills Illinois. Once again called for some basic number prints and couldn't even simply do that after lagging over a week and no communication there on. Pathetic excuses to rebuttal the review just because he didn't keep a 5 star business because the lack of poor service for a simple as it could get order that was able to be done same day elsewhere. Ironically he didn't rebuttal the other 2 star review left by someone else and was too concerned about the other reviewers points of interest that were reviewed geographically and why there's only 3 stars overall on Yelp for terrible service.
Not great, kind of expensive, decals starting peeling 24 hours after installation. Great design help but that is it.
12/11/19 responding to owners update. One call and response to Google review. No multiple calls or emails, that's an attempt to try to deminish this rating. When we talked on the phone once, I reminded them they had vehicle longer than expected and letters started peeling within 24 hours! I clearly stated that I will not bring trailer back as it would cost me more money to lose our only vehicle for generating revenue. I believe if multiple letters start peeling within 24 hours of install and they had it longer than expected, a rating of 2 is fair. I could not recommend a friend if this was my outcome. I shouldn't have to lose money as a company to have them attempt to honor warranty.

Sticker Dude is amazing at supporting the community! Just picked up our school signs helping to celebrate an upcoming graduations for an 8th grader and senior who won t get traditional ceremonies this year. The company I work for used Sticker Dude to sticker multiple vans, as well as the doors on our building. Some of the stickers on the vans are peeling and fading, and they say they will stand behind their work. Over a year and a half ago, I contacted Luke, who said he will absolutely take care of it. After dodging my phone calls since then, I finally got a hold of Greg who said he will take care of it (again with excuses as to why Luke did not get back to us), Someone finally came out a month ago to measure the stickers. Since then, we have heard nothing and have called several times, and gotten nowhere. Again, it is nothing but excuses. Luke does not answer his calls, and Greg says he will do something and does not. I am so sick of the excuses, one after another, and I strongly warn people and businesses to stay away from Sticker Dude! They are horrible people to do business!
Dutch Akers was awesome and to the point. Aria Dental was shopping around for banner prices and was told that my logos were not big enough and were looking to charge $50 to vector them. Sticker Dude did not charge me for that!! Dutch was able to help out so thoroughly the process was less than 30 mins for 2 banner quotes. I have been working on finding a good company for the past few days and glad they were able to help me out in a timely manner. Thanks for helping us out in a time sensitive situation!!

Pathetic. Lack of integrity. GET YOUR SIGNS SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owner Luke did nothing but dodge calls, hide behind emails, and after time after time promising to get the work done- he bails days before it was due.
Absolutely amazing group of people!! I called the day before Christmas Eve to see about getting something put on a wine (brandy) glass and the guy said "Come right in we'll take care of you right away". I almost couldn't find them in the warehouse lot so I called again and a lovely woman answered band stayed on the phone with me til I found it. I walked in and all three people greeted me and made me feel so comfortable!! The guy that helped me did an amazing job on my wine glass and they took care of me right away with a 'Merry Christmas'. Absolutely recommend 1000%. Made my Christmas gift perfect and unique. Thank you guys and Merry Christmas!!!

Rewriting this review . Called in and asked for simple vinyl number print out and couldn't even do that . Constant calling back and no progress. The excuse you have falsely put up with "no record" is ridicule. Can't stand places like this.

I spent some time checking out different companies that do wraps for trucks before I was referred to the Sticker Dude. I checked out their artwork and knew they could do what I wanted. I wanted a vehicle that stood out from my competition and made everyone notice my brand. I wanted something that people would see and be blown away by. I only regret that I can't post pictures on this review because they nailed it. When the showed me what they came up with I was blown away. When I picked it up their entire staff was beaming with pride. When I drove it away I was ecstatic. When I got to the gas station a mile from the Sticker Dude people congratulated me on the awesomeness of my pimped out company rode. Total strangers started taking pictures with me and my van. I wanted them to have fun and be artistic. That's the two things I wanted. From the first phone call, to the first meeting and to the smooth design process I was blown away by the desire and want to to make their customer happy. I am completely in love with the work and am sure I now have the most recognizable truck in my industry or any industry. Trust in the Sticker Dude! These guys are completely amaze balls. So happy!! We had an old Ice Cream/Shaved Ice trailer in need of a unique wrapping and Sticker Dude went above and beyond! Not only did they spend countless extra hours with our indecisiveness, we worked with Dutch and he is a creative design genius! He was very patient and had such great visual ideas of what we were looking for. We are already using them for a mural and window decals. We found them very easy to work with, professional, and their work is simply spectacular! Highly recommend :)

They can sticker/wrap anything; car's, boats, snowmobiles, truck's, or van's and ask about Rv's or advertisements for your local business vehicles. Top notch quality service... So call for an appt.
Luke is awesome. Got back to me fast and has been super patient with me even though I've called him about 100 times in the last couple days. Highly recommend this place as I've seen alot of quality issues with other places in the area.

I had been going to an automotive vinyl wrap place further north but after 2 visits there I found them to be quite cold and nonchalant about my business. Maybe the work I was getting done wasn't quite expensive enough for them.
Upon a recommendation from a client of mine I decided to try Sticker Dude in Johnsburg for my next project. They took my idea and designed my graphics for pre-approval and while it wasn't what I envisioned when I went there, I loved it and went ahead with their ideas.
My experience was totally different at Sticker Dude. I brought in my Ford Mustang for some graphics work. They treated me like royalty for a job that wasn't all that big. I waited there for some time while the work was being performed. They kept me informed on the progress, allowed me to peek in on the progress every so often, they sent someone out to pick up lunch for me at a nearby deli and one guy even brought me his office desk chair to sit on after a while because I would be more comfortable on it.
Everybody who passed by me while I was waiting acknowledged me and said hi and asked if I needed anything. I was treated totally different at Sticker Dude compared to their competition up north.
Of course the big thing, the most important thing is how the graphics came out and I am very pleased. If I can figure out how to attach an image to this review I will so you can see yourself.
When I want additional vinyl graphics work done in the future I'll be returning to Sticker Dude.
Spoke w/Luke about a project to wrap my Porsche 911 C4. They said they could do the job based on past experience. We discussed all the details and I dropped off the car. Picked up the car a few days later...made my dreams come true! Great job at a great price.
